Watch as rafters are swept into a violent torrent of thick, muddy water as a recreational rafting trip suddenly turns into a terrifying struggle for control.
The dramatic footage, filmed by Zhang Qian, at the Wild Boar Forest rafting site in the Yellow River Three Gorges scenic area of Jiyuan, Henan, China, shows a yellow inflatable raft being tossed around by the powerful current.
The normally clear water has turned into a dense, yellow-brown torrent filled with swirling mud and debris, resembling a fast-moving mudslide.
The raft spins and lurches uncontrollably as it is carried rapidly downstream, with the camera shaking violently from the force of the water.
