00:18you're doing very well and thanks for coming over just to see what i've picked up for this week's
00:22family food shop and if you're new and you're not subscribed do consider subscribing just before you
00:28go because i put these videos up every week and i have done now for about nine years so it'd

00:34lovely to see you back and we spent just over 70 pounds as usual no particular order so i got
00:40some
00:41flushable wipes and then a couple of boxes of ibuprofen just for the medicine cupboard or cabinet
00:47and then a wee lemon for some fish and chips that we're going to be having haven't had normal fish
00:52and chips for a couple of days so it's overdue and then some marmalade as well this one was an
00:58offer so this is a triple fruit marmalade so we'll see what he thinks of that one and then some
01:04bananas as well which i always think are brilliant value you know full of nutrition and delicious
01:09so yeah i like banana on a sandwich does anybody else have that and then some bovril which i used
01:16to get all the time and again haven't had this for ages and a jar will last you about 10
01:21years so
01:22it does you know it's quite expensive but it does last a while and then a box of corn flour
01:27as well
01:28because i've just came to the end of my last box which again took years and then some granola as
01:35well
01:35and then some cotton buds something else i've just ran out of everything seems to have ran out at the
01:41same time and then some of mr what's for tea's errol grey decaf tea bags which he likes at night
01:47and then a bottle of diluting juice or squash whatever you like to call it i like some folk
01:53like to hear me say diluting juice so there you go and then some plug hole unblocker these wraps
01:59are like hen's teeth you know trying to find these over the last few weeks has been crazy they're full
02:06of fiber one of these wraps has got 14 grams of fiber in it which is crazy for a white
02:12wrap you
02:13know and they are fab you know if you're looking to increase your fiber intake do try and get a
02:18hold
02:18of those and they taste delicious some tuna pasta bake seasoning so we'll have a wee tuna pasta bake at
02:24some point and then a couple of pouches of brown rice this is my preferred rice at the moment just
02:30love
02:30the texture and then a couple of packs of pasta and sauce just to keep in the cupboard just for
02:36when
02:36you know stocks are getting low and then a bag of my usual maris piper potatoes these were on offer
02:43so i picked up some pop chips i used to get these years ago i haven't had them for a
02:47long time
02:48these yogurts were better than half price so i was going to get these anyway which makes them a real
02:54bargain you know when you're going to buy something anyway and it just happens to be on offer so yeah
02:59brilliant and then just one large pot of the onkin there's already yogurt there from last week so
03:05only needed the one and then for some rolls or sandwiches throughout the week i picked up some
03:11honey roast ham haven't this one before and it's really good and then it's going to be a really busy
03:16week so i've got a couple of easier to make things so this hunter's chicken just goes into the oven
03:21for half an hour and then it comes out and you've got hunter's chicken easy and then a bag of
03:26salad
03:26and then a couple of slices of the breaded haddock mr what's for tea's mother used to buy this sadly
03:33she passed away quite a few years ago now so this yeah brought back real memories so i got that
03:38brand
03:39of fish just to you know just to try and then some tinfoil and then a couple of chicken breast
03:44kievs as well haven't had chicken kievs again for a wee while which we do like and then a bag
03:51of
03:51frozen peas as well or petit pois however you like to say it and then this giant tub of butter
03:58was an
03:58offer this was only five pounds you know it's quite expensive but as the size of the tub goes it's
04:03actually quite good value and it's lovely butter i got some of the fresh pasta we're going to be
04:09having pasta bolognese at some points i thought this one looked really nice i don't think i've seen
04:14this one before they've started to do their own sort of taste the different range of fresh pasta rather
04:20than their standard you know fresh pasta so i'll give that a go and then a bag of wedges and
04:25then
04:25a bag of french fries as well and somebody said in the comments last week that mcdonald's get you
04:31know they get their chips or their fries from mccain which absolutely blew my mind because i was saying
04:37in last week's video that the mccain french fries to us taste very similar to the mcdonald's fries and
04:44then one of you had said you know mcdonald's do get their fries from mccain but i would have thought
04:49mcdonald's would have made their own fries no but yeah well that makes complete sense to me but yeah
04:54i was mind blown by that but yeah they are delicious regardless so yeah highly recommended
