00:10According to the report, figures provided by the United Nations Children's Fund, UNICEF,
00:15showed that children account for nearly a quarter of confirmed cases, but almost a third of all
00:21deaths. The outbreak is severely disrupting access to essential health care, especially in the
00:27hardest hit areas, where the use of health services has dropped by more than 40% in recent
00:32month, as far as infection keeps people away. The disease continues to spread rapidly across
00:40eastern part of the country, with total cases reportedly surpassing 4,000 with 1,850 deaths.
