22:24Amelia had in fact graduated boot camp by destroying Ray's target. Back to the present,

22:28she got motivated and asked Ray to stay with her while she fell asleep, although he ended up staying

22:33all night with her. And no, nothing happened on cameras but behind them I don't know.

22:39The next morning while Amelia and Arian began their match, Grim Reaper kidnapped Claris and eight other

22:44students. Once Ray was informed of that, he tracked them under the arena and after finding them,

22:49the assassins appeared, so he decided to release his chronos lock, capturing the assassins in ice

22:54and saving everyone. Right after, Rex showed up and Ray told him to take care of the rest while he

22:59princess carried Claris back to the arena. Back to the tournament, Amelia got the upper hand after

23:04triggering a power-up which made Carol realize that Ray had used an anti-material field while training

23:08Amelia. Arian had to make a lot of effort to evade the other's attack since Amelia was able to create

23:13multiple butterflies with her sorcery. And those butterflies caused big explosions upon

23:18contact. Of course, Arian was not a pushover and she displayed all her agility to avoid the

23:22explosions as best as she could. But in the end, she realized it wouldn't be enough so she decided

23:27to trigger another power-up by unleashing all her power and releasing his true origin. Once she did

23:32that, her speed increased by leaps and bounds and the tides changed. Right after, Arian began to crush

23:37Amelia to the point of almost knocking her out. However, when it seemed that the battle was over,

23:42Ray screamed to Amelia that she should stand up and that instantly made her capable of evolving a

23:46new spell she named Butterfly Effect. After that power-up, it looked like the tides were about to

23:51change again. Especially after Amelia claimed that she had become too strong for Arian to even touch

23:55her. The fight continued and Arian quickly found out that every time she got close to Amelia she was

24:00teleported away instead. Apparently, the butterflies at that moment had acquired a new effect so they

24:05could either generate an explosion or teleport someone upon contact. Shortly after, Carol confirmed

24:10the spell was an original unique to Amelia's engram that manipulated causality so that no matter where

24:15Arian moved Amelia could cause her to move somewhere else. Arian of course didn't surrender and

24:19kept attacking trying to find an opening and eventually she realized that Amelia's body

24:23apparently couldn't handle her new powers since she had begun to nosebleed and to cough blood.

24:28After seeing that, Ray confirmed that Amelia could risk overheat if she used the spell too long.

24:32Amelia seemed to be aware of that fact too, so she decided to end the battle with her next attack,

24:37which Arian decided to face head-on. Shortly after, Amelia ended up winning the match and

24:41both she and Arian had a very heartfelt talk. Arian acknowledged that Amelia had become stronger and

24:46had defeated her and told her that she could be honest and feel proud of herself. Amelia then

24:50replied that she had been able to accomplish that thanks to her friends and especially Ray. However,

24:55she also added that the person who had made her stronger had been none other than Arian.

24:59It was because Arian was at an unachievable place that she wanted to get better.

25:02Arian then said that it had been the same for her. She had realized that Amelia had become annoyed at

25:07her own existence and the existence of nobles, so Arian tried her best to become her example.

25:12In the end, both friends ended up tearfully reconciling. Afterward, Amelia's father and

25:16Arian's father met and teased each other, but in the end, they both agreed that it was a good

25:20thing for their daughters to be both childhood friends and rivals. At the infirmary, Ray met with

25:25Amelia and praised her for her discovery of an original spell, while assuring her that she had been

25:29capable of doing that not because of her talent, but because of her hard work since origin was not a

25:33stage you could achieve without working hard. She then realized that if she hadn't known Ray,

25:37she might still be a caged bird who kept limiting herself due to her permanent lack of confidence.

25:42In fact, later when she and her friends were heading towards the arena to see the finals of

25:46the main tournament, she proclaimed that she was no longer in a cage known as Nobility and that she

25:51wanted to live with everyone in that world together. Back in the tournament, in the finals of the main

25:55group, Rebecca faced Lucas but she ended up losing in a matter of seconds which surprised everybody,

26:00especially Rebecca. Shortly after, Lucas left the arena and met Ray who confirmed that Lucas had

26:05inherited the title of Deathblade Sorcerer. Just as Ray inherited the title of Iceblade Sorcerer,

26:10Lucas praised him for realizing that and acknowledged the other's powers. In fact,

26:14Lucas then revealed that he intended to defeat Ray to prove that the strongest sorcerer was Deathblade,

26:19but before he wanted Ray to recover his former strength by curing his overheat since he wanted to

26:23battle the other at his peak. Meanwhile, Carol cast a powerful charm spell on the assassins that turned

26:28them into mere puppets, showing why she was called the charming sorcerer. Unfortunately,

26:32the other part had prepared in advance for a situation like that and once Carol tried to

26:36interrogate the captured assassins they were all forced to commit suicide with anti-interrogation

26:41devices planted in their skulls. With the tournament over, the next event was the cultural festival.

26:46At Amelia's insistence, Ray suggested their class run a maid cafe as Amelia was a secret maid enthusiast.

26:52At first, the idea was rejected by the noble girls, furious at the suggestion they role-played as

26:57servants, but they ended up agreeing after seeing Carol model a risque-made outfit.

27:01Unfortunately, once the meeting was over, Dina met with both Ray and Amelia and informed them that

27:06Rebecca had unexpectedly become engaged. Rebecca's father and Evan signed a contract so that could

27:10the latter become Rebecca's fiancé, but the former was clearly disturbed while signing it so it seemed

27:15that he was being forced or something like that. Afterward, we could see some high-ranking

27:20eugenics members killing a sorcerer. One of them was called Glutton and he seemed to eat the

27:24sorcerer's energy while the other was in charge of collecting the sorcerer's brain. Then, they both

27:28discussed that it had been determined that Rebecca was the vessel their organization had been looking

27:32for, which had been confirmed during the sorcery swordsman tournament. By the way, the one in

27:36charge of collecting the sorcerer's brain seemed to have a personal vendetta that somehow related to

27:41Rebecca. As for the student council president, she was suffering with magic in her eyes that made them

27:46bleed. Ray went to talk to Rebecca about her engagement, but she acted normal and didn't reveal

27:50anything to make him suspect that something was out of place. Later that day, Amelia and Elise were

27:55discussing the designs of the maid costumes and somehow the conversation ended up with Amelia and

27:59Ray almost forcing Elise to wear one of the costumes, which embarrassed the half-elf girl because it was

28:04too revealing, especially in the chest area. Not to mention that the skirt was very short. Some time

28:09later, Ray's class was finishing the preparations for the festival, and everybody was very fired up since

28:14all the ladies were excited about the celebration and all the guys were looking forward to seeing the

28:19ladies wearing maid costumes, especially when Ray informed them that Alyssa was going to wear one.

28:23After all, as they kept saying over and over again, no guy in that world didn't like maids.

28:28Afterward, Ray went to the student council to submit the request for his class maid cafe,

28:32and he noticed that the only members present were Dina and Rebecca. When he asked why was that,

28:36Dina told him that a student named Cornea had turned the student council against Rebecca since

28:40Rebecca's fiancé, Evan Bernstein, was previously Cornea's fiancé. After hearing that, Ray offered them his

28:47help which touched both of them. Once Ray left the place, Dina went after him and asked Ray to

28:51investigate Evan whose motives were suspicious. While the whole engagement seemed fishy, especially

28:56considering the difference in status between Rebecca and Evan, Ray went to Lydia's house to

29:00ask for her help and his master agreed that the engagement was unusual, and sent Carla to investigate,

29:06to which the maid replied that she would be delivering results in one week. By the way,

29:10Lydia was very unhappy Ray had been infected by Amelia's maid fetish during preparation for the maid cafe,

29:15and Ray, oblivious to that, not only praised Carla because she looked amazing as a maid,

29:19but also called her master a gorilla when she said that she would also look pretty,

29:23she should wear a maid costume. Back with Rebecca, she continued to bleed from her eyes and additionally

29:28had begun to have strange dreams of Ray during the war. Her sister Maria questioned if she was happy

29:32marrying Evan, but Rebecca only confirmed it was her duty. Worried, Maria protested the engagement to

29:38their parents but was ignored, which made her throw a tantrum at them since she had always felt her

29:42parents only liked Rebecca since Maria looked different, due to her white hair, and didn't

29:46follow the proper etiquette. Time passed and Ray finally met Evan who looked indeed suspicious.

29:51Shortly after, Ray had a meeting with Lydia, Abby, Carol, Carla, and Rex where the maid told them that

29:56she had discovered the Bernstein family had not been seen in years and their mansion had been abandoned.

30:00She thus suspected the Bernsteins, including Evan, were dead and the current Evan was a disguised

30:05eugenics member known as the Sorcery Eye Collector, who undoubtedly wanted Rebecca's eyes for his collection.

30:10Back with the high-ranking eugenics, they said they were looking forward to the moment when Rebecca

30:15awoke as the saint because after that the door to Akasha would be opened. Finally, the one in charge

30:19of collecting brains took off his mask revealing he was Evan. Rebecca was crying in her bedroom while

30:24remembering a conversation she had had with Evan where he revealed to her that her father, Bruno,

30:29had made a deal with him to marry her in exchange for replacing the Rose family as the highest nobility

30:34family. However, that was not all because Evan also threatened her with hurting Maria to force her to comply.

30:39Afterward, Rebecca had another dream about Ray's past. The next day, Maria met with Ray and asked

30:44him to protect her sister to which the other replied by assuring her that he would protect Rebecca.

30:48And since he was a dense womanizer, he also charmed her and they both ended up hugging each other.

30:53Unfortunately, that was seen by Rebecca and since she couldn't hear their conversation she began to

30:57feel jealous, although she was aware that they weren't doing anything wrong. Not to mention that she was

31:02in no position to complain. That night, Ray told Evie about the story of the novel he was reading.

31:06It was a novel written by Luna Edel and Ray praised the author a lot. The story revolved around a

31:11young

31:11demon girl and a human teenager and how they interacted with each other after they met.

31:15But because the human boy wanted to obtain the demon's power they ended up separated.

31:19Although Ray hadn't finished the book so he hoped they could have a happy ending.

31:22Time passed and Rebecca and Ray met in their dreams, causing Ray's eyes to also bleed.

31:27The next day, Rebecca almost asked Ray about the war but stopped because the plot needed that to remain

31:31untold. Well, to be precise she even began to ask the question and even mentioned the Far East.

31:36And after the dream they both shared, a human being with a normal brain would have put two,

31:41and two together, but we are talking about Ray so, he's a worthless case.

31:45The culture festival began and Ray helped at the maid cafe by disguising himself as Lily to be

31:49another maid, which caused several cases of nosebleeds among men and women, especially Maria whose

31:54crush got even stronger. By the way, Arian and her sister also went to the maid cafe,

31:59and Arian was overwhelmed by the whole experience of meeting Lily at her prime.

32:15established as an official lover until the epilogue. By the evening, a strange woman met with Maria and

32:20warned her that Rebecca would die very soon. Shortly after, Ray received similar news from all the

32:25girls who had a plan for Ray to save her. In fact, Rebecca's father, Bruno, suddenly appeared and

32:30asked him to save her daughter. That night Rebecca had some visions of what was about to happen and

32:34began to cry out loud which was heard by Maria who also ended up crying. The next day, Rebecca asked

32:39Ray to stop worrying about her and to take care of Maria instead. After all, Rebecca was engaged and

32:44would have to leave her family. It is insane how this entire arc is based on one single person refusing

32:49to tell the truth and ask for help. Some time later, Evan kidnapped Rebecca to begin her awakening and

32:55Maria said farewell to Lily in a very ominous way that made Ray follow her suspecting something bad

32:59was about to happen. And, of course, he didn't say anything to Amelia and the rest. But fortunately,

33:04in that case, Evie had an idea of what was happening and quickly told Amelia, Alyssa, and Albert about it.

33:10Evan took Rebecca to an isolated castle that was guarded by Glutton, another high-ranking eugenics,

33:15and a lot of monsters. Shortly after, Ray arrived and began to fight the monsters. But when he was

33:20about to get hit, Amelia, Evie, Claris, Alyssa, and Albert showed up to help him. A flashback then

33:26started and we could see the moment when Bruno revealed their family was cursed. Every few

33:30generations a child was born is something called a crutes. In the current generation, Rebecca had

33:34inherited that power. But unless she gained control of her sorcery eyes, she would die before she turned

33:3920 years old. Glutton and the other high-ranking eugenics arrived at the castle where Rebecca had been

33:44taken and saw that not only Evan but also Maria were there. However, it was soon revealed that the

33:48other high-ranking eugenics was the real Evan who had kidnapped Rebecca, who was engaged to her and

33:53who had signed the contract with her father was Lyslott Eden, the fabrication sorcerer. Evan was not

33:58surprised to see the woman there as if he had been expecting that. In fact, he quickly attacked while

34:03saying that he was going to kill her to ascend to Akasha afterward. However, Lyslott overpowered him

34:08with ease and sent him to another dimension. She then told Maria that since she was there she would

34:12assume that she already had the resolve to do what she should, to which the other replied that she

34:16did. Right after, Lyslott added that Maria should leave everything to Rei who immediately showed up.

34:21Lyslott then introduced herself to Rei who, after hearing her title, assumed that she had planned

34:25everything. The fabrication sorcerer didn't confirm that but said that since Lydia and her group were

34:31starting to be aware of what she was doing she needed to keep things short. So she explained to him

34:35that she was planning to make Rebecca go through overheat. Then she hoped he could help her seal it

34:39since he had experience using the spell called Crono's Lock. Besides they both resonated with

34:43each other, which explained why they could connect through their dreams. Right after,

34:47she went to the dimension where she had sent Evan, and Rei began his battle against Glutton.

34:51Lyslott faced Evan who said that catching up to her was no longer important and immediately thereafter

34:56he used the same device the instructor had used in her battle against Rei. Unfortunately for him,

35:01even with that boost, he ended up suffering a crushing defeat. He then asked her if that was the

35:05power of the strongest sorcerer to which she replied that the strongest sorcerer and the only

35:09one deserving to rule the world was Rei. Meanwhile, Rei's friends managed to kill all the monsters and

35:14began to praise each other because they had all gotten stronger. Sadly, those monsters began to

35:19revive and mutate, which terrified them since they were already exhausted. Fortunately, at that moment,

35:24Lydia, Carla, Abby, and Carol saved them and finished those monsters off with a showcase that

35:28took Rei's friend's breath away. Back with Rei, things were not looking good for him since Glutton had the

35:33upper hand while our protagonist was beginning to suffer the penalty of having unsealed his powers.

35:38And to make things worse, Glutton decided to unleash his full power to kill the Iceblade

35:41sorcerer. However, at that moment, Rei decided to unlock his ultimate power, Pandora, to finally defeat

35:47Glutton by freezing him in red ice. Afterward, Rei sealed his powers back and collapsed. Once the battle

35:53was over, a quarrel between Maria and Rebecca began because Maria kept provoking the other by telling

35:57her that Rei had ended up that way because Rebecca hadn't told the truth. Which was true, by the way.

36:02In the end, Rebecca finally snapped and told Maria that she hated her rebellious behavior.

36:07Unfortunately, that triggered Rebecca's overheat. At that moment, Rei woke up and saw how Lyslot had

36:11appeared along with the dead Evan. Our protagonist and the fabrication sorcerer then had a brief talk

36:16where Rei couldn't help but see Lyslot and Evan as the main characters of the novel he was reading.

36:21Afterward, Lydia and her group, along with Rei's friends, arrived at the castle and our

36:25protagonist used Crono's lock to shut off Rebecca's overheat, thus saving her life. Later that night,

36:30Rex informed Rebecca's father that Rei had saved both of his daughters and the other asked him to

36:34thank the Iceblade sorcerer for him. In the meantime, while waiting for Rei to watch some

36:39fireworks, Rebecca and Amelia had a brief talk and ended up agreeing to compete for Rei's love.

36:43The next day, Rei visited the grave of Howard, the father figure who died during the war,

36:48but that time he did it with his friends tagging along. Some time later, Arian arrived to invite

36:52Rei to join her in the magic wars, much to his shock. Somewhere else, a little girl easily defeated a

36:57huge monster and then began to wonder when his big brother would return. Could she be Rei's little
