For its owner, this truck means freedom and a way to show the world you don't need to blend in. From its custom graffiti paint job to the skeleton hand on the tailgate, every detail of this mini truck is designed to stand out from the crowd.
Transcript
00:00This truck has had nine engines in it. All nine of them have blown up from doing burnout contests.
00:05We wanted it to stand out a little bit. I built it with a few buddies and bare hands.
00:10A lot of sweat, blood and tears. It started out as a stock truck and from there we bagged it.
00:15We body dropped it which would be putting the body on the ground and after that we drove it for
00:20a year
00:20and we decided it needed to be lower. The truck stands at 37 and a half inches tall
00:25and I'm claiming lowest in the state of Florida. There's no speedometer in the truck
00:29there's oil pressure, RPM, and engine temp. Those are the only things you need for a good burnout.
00:35The exhaust, we put a flapper on it to keep the frogs out at night.
00:39That stinks when the frog burns up in the exhaust. You don't want that.
00:43I like to stand out and show the world that you don't need to blend in with everyday society.
00:48This truck means freedom and a way to express myself and a way to get my ideas and my skills
00:54out there for the world to see.
00:55I would say that we leave the competition in a cloud of sparks.
