00:00Yeah man, I think for me, I was having this conversation earlier today and I said that if I had
00:08the choice to portray any character in the DC Universe, I would still choose John.
00:14I would choose John every time and I think that is largely because of his grit, his multifaceted personality and
00:29being.
00:30You know, this is an individual who is a former marine sniper and also an architect.
00:39Two arguably seemingly juxtaposed things coexisting in one person. I love how complex he is.
00:48My hope is that when folks watch this, you know, they watch it and they feel a tangible relatability.
01:01And they leave with the thought of if I can just figure out where to put in my Green Lantern
01:07application and if I can just prove that I'm fearless, I can be rocking with those folks up there too.
01:14You know, these guys, you know, John wasn't born with the superpowers that some of his contemporaries and other heroes
01:22are born with.
01:25It's just in heart. You know what I mean? And I think that's one of the things that I love
01:30so much about John.
01:32Very special character to me.
