00:16The Canada-Michigan crossing agreement and the recently negotiated agreement in principle
00:23between Canada and the United States remain unchanged from Canada's perspective.
00:28We're looking forward to getting the bridge open on Monday
00:31and all of the trade and community benefits that are coming from that.
00:36Given the recent tariff action from the U.S.,
00:40we felt that we should focus today on celebrating here in Canada,
00:44on the workers who put in all the work to build this bridge,
00:48the many Canadians and Americans who did the hard work on it.
00:52We were joined by some Americans here today.
00:54But given the back and forth between our levels of government,
00:59we thought it's more appropriate for us to focus on celebrating here in Canada today.
