00:15what happens if you try to insert say this particular row right click cut and basically
00:22insert card cell here you can see that if you click on this and press f2 the formula is not
00:28dynamically updating at this point you're probably gonna have to change the formula manually like this
00:34and hit enter and then you'll show the correct total value but did you know there's a way to
00:40update this formula dynamically let me show you how this is done start off by selecting the total cells
00:45here like this then you go to formulas under define name click on name managers here on this pop-up
00:53window here you're gonna click on new and for this new let's give it a name called my last row
01:01and
01:02then refers to you're gonna say equal exclamation and you're gonna basically select the very last row
01:09in this example data set is gonna be e23 after that click on ok and close the name manager pop
01:15-up window
01:15next you're gonna double click and adjust your summation formula or total formula to include
01:21the new name that you have entered which is going to be my last row like this and hit enter
01:27now if you
01:28introduce new rows like this cut and then paste it in here insert cut cells you can see the formula
01:36dynamically updates and recalculates the correct value
