00:00to this night and the only frustration as far as hoffenheim are concerned
00:06they are are denied several
00:18still coman and still he's cutting across towards that back post
00:25we're waiting for alaba to join in that was traveling
00:31diago waiting to deliver this buy-in corner which is an enticing one it fell to boateng
00:40again hoffenheim managing for coma
00:47this is the corner to the near post little flick on from thomas moller
00:51again they get lucky brave defending
00:59good stop it is going to be left to the spanish international also wonderful delivery as well
01:04it was adams who
01:08commit to deliver the corner
01:12oh fabulous thomas moller as simple as that
01:18kimick's delivery muller's header and the champions inside 23 minutes are in front
01:27they just got past 20 minutes but they couldn't go any further hoffenheim
01:31the warnings were there they had a couple of half chances in the first 10 minutes
01:34by munich because of the quality from the corner if joshua kimic who whipped a great ball in
01:39poor marking thomas moller's more or less just standing still no great movement but a brilliant head up
01:47deadly from that range it's all about the ball in it's flat it's got pace on it
01:53but the head up is too easy should be marked
02:01well eight bundesliga goals last season he is off and running with the first goal
02:12maybe a case of the two center fours just split maybe allowing one of bayern center-offs to have the
02:18ball
02:18so this ball forward with the recovery it flew in with lewandowski there
02:29german cup without track frankfurt they weren't by beating bayern
02:34first trophy frankfurt since 1988 here's schultz though for hoffenheim chance really good chance for
02:41jonathan and he couldn't find the target the brazilian oh well he should score it's an easy
02:46chance it was well worked out wide you can see jonathan's trying to get in the box super delivery
02:51from schultz but he should score it's quite an easy finish in the end
02:56well he's been armed on loan and wrapping vienna for the last two seasons but here for bayern
03:03kimmy
03:06rivery he knew alibi was on the overlap totally unmarked
03:11you can see that move happening a long time before
03:16david alba got to the byline you could see him on the overlap frank ruby does the right thing just
03:20sucks a defender in correct way to pass just a little bit rash too much pace on the cross
03:28that's the goal that still separates the two
03:32bad places whether a lack of goals or goals or a lack of form
03:37it's been described as the ultimate team player hasn't it here's koeman
03:42oh round votes denied by paulman wonderful skill from kingsley koeman probably being the best
03:48down the picture by just after the hoffenheim goalkeeper
03:57it's a nice little bit of skill nice little not big
04:03just wonder if it's the the aftermath of taking the shot on from koeman i want a little bit of
04:07contact when he just lands on him it's maybe just there here he goes again against schultz
04:14who has brought him down he's just got far too many tricks hasn't he kingsley koeman
04:19let's not forget he's only 22 it's incredible talent
04:25so he gets to the byline little chop tracks the foul
04:31no malice in the tackle from schultz just got out done with a bit of skill
04:36seen many a fullback across europe has failed to deal with him you know exactly what he's going
04:40to do he's going to chop it side on his left foot trying to mark him and defending he's
04:44said and done almost thread through to zuba for hoffenheim that was the attempt from florian grilich
04:53that's worth taking the shot on even though it was from distance
04:57it's a good hit and lnoia took no chances
05:03muller
05:08driving into the space then bringing robin into play the offside flag was up though
05:15shouldn't be offside there iron robin experienced player looking across the line
05:22robin's outside this time up against adams onto that left foot
05:29how many times over the years have we seen that movement from iron robin our same old iron robin but
05:34you can't defend against him what you should do if you had to send him to the byline
05:38on his weaker right foot but once he chops inside the only surprise is he hasn't bent it in that
05:43bottom
05:43left-hand corner as he's looking it was a good hit connection was good
05:48he's committed two for a kick since
05:59that flag was raised yeah looked in real time that he just strayed
06:03offside there levendofsky lovely little ball into his feet they win the ball back high up the pitch
06:08see kimmick with a first time pass he is offside good spot good position from the linesman
06:16and he's involved again there in a positive way
06:22the charge
06:28challenge on him it's come to soloi but away from batang and finished
06:35adams alloy the hungarian with the equalizer for hoffenheim
06:45well that wasn't in the script the champions are pegged back what a brilliant strike it was
06:53he said in the second half hoffenheim have been better with the ball
06:56they've been more patient with the ball what a hit from zoloi boatang thinks he's got him 1v1 he
07:03doesn't want to go to ground and commit the penalty he's a little bit softer center off
07:06but once it falls to zoloi on that right foot he hits it really true there's nothing man will
07:12know i could have done about the effort what a brilliant strike that is the connection's really
07:16good just chops inside boatang he's got the confidence to center forward to strike that across
07:21manuel neuer and into the side net a good response from nagelton's men
07:31not the alliance arena
07:3618 titles in the last 30 years
07:40back in this season opener so far in from tiago baumann made an early decision got enough on it
07:51rovinovsky let it run robin ribbary baumann out quickly
08:00nice little ball for martin robin frank ribbage is going in behind
08:03just trying to pull that one back a smart stop off his line really quickly there
08:07oliver baumann
08:17if you're watching this game in the second half
08:19and you're trying to pick a winner no buying have got the quality
08:22hoffenheim have played so well there's ribbary silly challenge
08:28north by the substitute buying penalty and the referee shakes his head is it to say i had
08:34little option it's ridiculous and more but i was just saying there if you're going to try and pick a
08:38winner the way the game's unfolding you'd lead towards hoffenheim but it's a silly tackle to make
08:46you can argue his case there north fight it goes to ground which he shouldn't he should just stay on
08:49his feet
08:53and ribbary goes down ever so again has the opportunity to open his account and restore the lead
08:59oh and he's denied by baumann but followed up by iron robert
09:05the substitute in the right place at the right time he reacted the quickest
09:12harsh on hoffenheim fortuitous for buy-in for the champions are back in front
09:20poor penalty but keep an eye on iron robin the only player on the move at a rate of knots
09:26good stop from baumann
09:30that's why he is one of the best players in the world iron robin the penalty might seem a little
09:34bit cheap because ribbary's trying to buy the foul but it's it's naive defendant from north by just
09:39stay on your feet and don't give the referee the decision to make baumann stays and stands firm as
09:45much and as long as he can and the only player on the move was iron robin the bar room
09:53in overdrive
09:58bastian dankert
10:02he's going to have this penalty taken again
10:06lewandowski denied first time round what's going to happen on take two
10:11he scores
10:14same run up different side different result
10:20with the same outcome buying to one in front this time it's lewandowski's goal well i'm confused i have
10:26to admit but lewandowski was confident at the missing one seconds earlier
10:38oh deflection
10:4014 again but brian now have a two goal advantage
10:49that's another hard one for hoffenheim to take gretzka's initial shot
10:58helped on its way 3-1 buyer
11:00uh flatters buying big time this score
11:03you can see once it falls to gretzka he's thinking about taking the shot on from distance
11:09it must be all of 35 yards on the angle massive deflection
11:14off thomas muller sends baumann the wrong way or a possible handball off thomas muller
11:30he says thomas muller
11:35no he hasn't oh and there's robert to finish it once and for all
11:42well he was denied his goal following up from the penalty he's got his goal now and it seals niko
11:50kovac's opening win in charge of by munich
11:56it's from a buying throw in so there must be really some poor marking going on
12:03just a routine throw little flick around the corner iron robin loses his man clear in front of goal
12:10that there 3-1 is game over
12:19that konguma that lost his marker quite basic quite routine
12:25little throw into thomas muller flick around the corner
12:32new coach same result a win to begin for the reigning champions niko kovac is
