00:00Simone Fantecchio is
00:01signing a one year deal with the Miami
00:04Simone
00:05I'm sorry did I say Simone
00:07Simone I'm sorry
00:09do we have any Destiny's Child in the system
00:12please because I would love to
00:13be a survivor
00:14Simone Simone
00:16that's horrible
00:17that is so bad
00:19that is so bad
00:23shut up
00:25isn't it crazy how every
00:27drums bomb that's been happening since yesterday
00:29he has butchered
00:30this is a bomb
00:33if I didn't think I made it better
00:35to be honest
00:37it's like a firework before it was like a little firework
00:39that's on the ground it's just making a lot of noise
00:41and then I came in there and now it's like
00:42up in the sky
00:46this is not even an M80
00:47this is not even a Roman candle
00:49just hear it again
00:49Simone Simone
00:52no one is around you
00:55what are the details
00:57because they're covering Giannis
00:58they're covering everyone else
00:59and no one is around them
01:00right
01:00it's more like those poppers
01:02that you throw on feet
01:03oh no
01:05it's aggressive
01:06that's great
01:07hey but look
01:07a staple though
01:08a staple of every
01:10I don't care how crazy technology gets
01:12with fireworks
01:14but great signing
01:15I'm happy Simone is back with the
01:19they need to retain as much shooting as possible
01:22yes
01:22this is a very good signing buddy
01:25yes
01:25we have the greatest college three-point shooter
01:28that we just drafted
01:29now we got Simone
01:30he's solid
01:31I mean I was hoping for like a little bit of
01:33you know what's going to be sad
01:34what
01:35later on today
01:36I know I'm going to say
01:36I'm going to start saying Simone
01:38just like that
01:39and I'm going to miss hissed at you
01:40I'm going to call you
01:41I'm going to be like
01:41yo why did you do this
01:42I feel like I'm saying something wrong now
01:44it's terrible
01:44Simone
01:45Simone
01:46yo I'm telling you
01:47when he hits a three
01:48if Game Ops doesn't play that
01:50we are tripping
01:53so you want to be associated with a girl group
01:55oh come on man
01:57or Destiny's Child
01:58yo
01:59Al Matko hit it right on the head
02:01I haven't seen a poorer performance
02:03since the B2K versus episode
02:05that was not
02:05that was bad
02:06they pretty wicky
02:07wiped them off the stage
02:09pretty ricka ricka ricka
02:10you know I can expect
02:11I can't name any B2K songs
02:13what do we got
02:14bump bump bump
02:15oh like Clay's up
02:16bump bump bump
02:17hold on B2K maybe
02:18I have a question
02:19yeah
02:20you taking shots at Clay
02:22yeah
02:22do you know there's a good chance
02:24no way
02:25oh there's a very good chance
02:27no way
02:28we have yet to speak about this
02:30why would we
02:31because it's not going to happen
02:32it's not going to come to fruition
02:33why would we waste time
02:34on such an aging superstar
02:36like that piggy
02:37and plus
02:38you remember
02:38you do know that you're an older teen now
02:40right
02:40with the trading of Giannis
02:42so why would we continue
02:43to add to the age
02:46especially with this guy
02:47like what
02:47what
02:47you need shooting
02:48we do need shooting
02:50but we also need someone
02:51who can stay on the court
02:52and keep it in his fans
02:54all right
02:55we're horny enough
02:56with Giannis over here
02:57we don't need boat Clay
02:58you want boat Clay
02:59in Miami
03:00oh boat Clay
03:00coming up to
03:01coming to Kaseya Center
03:02in his boat
03:03he's going to be riding
03:04on his boat all the time
03:05he might come to Miami
03:07just for that
03:08yeah
03:09he'll take
03:09he'll take a 14 spot
03:10on the roster for that
03:11we know how Clay is
03:12okay
03:12you know what I'm going to love
03:14when Clay Thompson's a Miami Heat
03:16player
03:16yeah
03:17with Drew Joyce
03:18who
03:19yeah
03:20with Drew Joyce
03:21yeah
03:21or Drew Smith
03:22I'm sorry
03:23like who the hell is Drew Joyce
03:24my bad
03:24my bad
03:25Drew Joyce might have been
03:26LeBron's high school teammate
03:27see what you're doing
03:27with the whole Simone thing
03:28yeah
03:28but Drew Smith
03:29what's going to happen
03:30when Drew Smith
03:31and Clay
03:32are in the backcourt
03:33yeah
03:33and you have to watch it
03:34hey you know what
03:35mark my words
03:36all right
03:36let's put this on the record
03:37right here
03:37let's put this on wax
03:38that's what they say
03:39right
03:39I mean it's being recorded
03:41so it's already on wax
03:42can you record this Vlad
03:44if we
03:45the Miami Heat
03:48acquire
03:48Clay
03:49Thompson
03:52I
03:54will stand outside
03:55Kaseya Center
03:58with
03:59pom poms
04:01a Klay Thompson jersey
04:03no I need a
04:04no no no no
04:05I need a cheerleading outfit
04:06a Klay Thompson
04:07yeah he needs to wear a skirt
04:08a cheerleading outfit
04:10and pom poms
04:11for Klay Thompson
04:13for what
04:14the first game
04:15and a headband
04:16fair
04:17I need a headband
04:17I need a headband
04:19I don't
04:20you know
04:20I may even get a
04:21I don't know if I'll get
04:22a custom jersey though
04:23I may just like
04:23right
04:24I just think he should wear
04:25like the ridiculous
04:26like
04:28what was the movie
04:29with
04:29Will
04:30Ferrell
04:30the basketball movie
04:33oh I got you
04:34the
04:36damn
04:36not old school
04:37whatever you're talking
04:38about
04:38the Flint Tropics
04:39was the name
04:39Andre
04:39yeah
04:40in the movie
04:41can't remember
04:42oh yeah
04:43let me bro
04:43yeah
04:44he gotta wear
04:45one of those
04:451970s basketball
04:47uniforms
04:47with a Klay Thompson jersey
04:49the short shorts
04:50and the
04:50yeah
04:51with the tube socks
04:52guys
04:53you know what
04:53it's not gonna happen
04:54so I'll ride a tricycle
04:56if you guys
04:57provide me with a tricycle
04:58you are a clown
04:59I'll do it
05:00look
05:00I'll wear the
05:01the Ronald McDonald
05:02get up
05:03if I need to
05:03if that makes people happier
05:05the Ronald McDonald
05:06you have the Ronald McDonald
05:07hair
05:07why
05:08okay
05:09you know
05:09it's never
05:09with the hair
05:10it's just never enough
05:10it's never enough
05:11I think
05:12if I were to
05:14potentially
05:15put that out
05:16in the ether
05:17and get people
05:18surprised
05:18or excited
05:19about this
05:20that's the only
05:21good thing
05:21that could potentially happen
05:22you'd be
05:23Ronaldo McDonald
05:25that's
05:26boy
05:26and it hurts
05:26you guys are
05:31Ethan
05:32says
05:33round
05:34Aldo
05:34oh my god
05:37well to be clear
05:39once again
05:39after this whole
05:41Shams bomb
05:42we have free
05:43that wasn't a bomb
05:44whatever
05:45the
05:46the
05:46BB gun
05:47it was a
05:48BB gun
05:49it's news
05:50isn't it
05:51I don't even know
05:51if it's a BB gun
05:52you guys are just
05:53pooing all over
05:54the news
05:55poop
05:56Simone
05:58Fontecchio
05:58Fontecchio
05:59extends
05:59to a
06:00to sign a
06:01one-year
06:01deal
06:02to return
06:03to the
06:03Miami Heat
06:04that adds
06:05depth
06:05shooting
06:06three-point
06:07shooting
06:08category
06:09that the
06:10Miami Heat
06:11so desperately
06:11need
06:12it is a great
06:13signing to be
06:13honest
06:14and it didn't
06:15break the bank
06:15it is more or less
06:17what you expect
06:17the Miami Heat
06:18to be doing
06:19with the
06:20remaining
06:21portion
06:21of the
06:22roster
06:23it's a one-year
06:24deal by the way
06:25so
06:26yeah a lot of
06:27these guys
06:27are gonna be
06:27signing one-year
06:28deals
06:28yeah that is
06:31that is
06:32essentially what
06:33happened during
06:33the big three
06:33era
06:34you know every
06:35year you kind
06:35of pick up
06:35one of these
06:36one-year deals
06:36and guys will
06:37end up coming
06:37to play here
06:38because they
06:39know
06:39you know for
06:40example
06:40Wiggins took
06:41a pay cut
06:41you know people
06:42are gonna
06:42come here on
06:43some one-year
06:44so the Wiggins
06:45deal he's still
06:46getting the
06:4630 million
06:47that's what I
06:48that's what I
06:49asked yesterday
06:49because he
06:50signed a
06:51three-year deal
06:52why would he
06:53opt in and
06:53then like I'm
06:55confused or is
06:56that like two
06:57years added on
06:58to the
06:59right because I
07:00think a lot of
07:01the guys rather
07:02because you think
07:03about it you're
07:03gonna get 30
07:04million but now
07:05if you add a
07:06three-year deal
07:06you're getting
07:0720 what is it
07:0824 million a
07:09year correct
07:1020 million 20
07:1121 plus
07:12or 21 plus
07:14right but you're
07:14getting an
07:15additional 30
07:15million so
07:16right because
07:17my question
07:18Vlad then
07:20why opt in
07:22that confuses
07:23me if you
07:24opt into
07:24the 30 million
07:25he is opting
07:26in for the
07:2730 million this
07:28year these
07:28other three
07:29years is
07:29after okay
07:30that's see
07:30that's what
07:31I my question
07:32was if he
07:33would have
07:33opted out
07:34and then
07:36got he
07:36could have
07:37gave the
07:37heat some
07:40some cap
07:41space yeah
07:42so he just
07:43got another
07:43two years
07:44added so
07:44he's right
07:45so if he
07:45would have
07:45did like
07:46four year
07:46if he
07:47would have
07:47did four
07:48year for
07:4880 million
07:50and opted
07:50out right
07:52he would have
07:53gotten an
07:53additional 50
07:54million but
07:55it would have
07:55been stretched
07:56out and he
07:56would have
07:57got 10
07:57years of
07:58cap room
07:58right so
07:59he didn't
07:59do it that
08:00way they
08:00just no
08:02he saved
08:02them money
08:02he gave
08:03he saved
08:03them money
08:04how
08:05because he
08:05opted in
08:06this year
08:06but signing
08:07the extension
08:07the three
08:08year he
08:09saved he's
08:09going to
08:09save the
08:10money for
08:10the so
08:12they can
08:12stretch
08:12they can
08:14okay
08:14okay
08:14so it's
08:15like football
08:15like when
08:16you get a
08:16signing bonus
08:17the signing
08:18bonus is
08:18stretched out
08:18over the
08:19length of
08:19your contract
08:20so yeah
08:21he opted in
08:22he's gonna
08:22make his
08:2230 this
08:23year so
08:23he's gonna
08:23get the
08:2430 and
08:24in the
08:25next three
08:25years he's
08:25gonna be
08:26making what
08:26three years
08:2763
08:2964
08:30yeah
08:30something like
08:30you're making
08:3121 so
08:32yeah you're
08:32you're happy
08:33to I mean
08:34they did him
08:34right if you
08:35think about it
08:36he's making
08:36his 30 this
08:37year right
08:37opted in
08:38but then he's
08:40also got
08:40three years
08:41but it's also
08:42good for them
08:42because if they
08:43gotta make a
08:43move they
08:44can move
08:44that contract
08:44right
08:46another person
08:47we are
08:47watching of
08:48course with
08:49the roster
08:49continuing to
08:50shape out is
08:51Norman Powell
08:51he ain't coming
08:53back
08:53yeah a lot of
08:54rumors are
08:55bringing him
08:55to Chicago
08:56and you know
08:57and you know
08:57what this is
08:59one of those
08:59situations where
09:01in no way
09:03shape or form
09:04am I gonna
09:05hold any
09:06ill will
09:06for him
09:08go and get
09:08the money
09:08because this
09:10is not a
09:10situation like
09:11Wiggins
09:11who've been
09:12getting 20
09:1330 40
09:14million every
09:14year
09:15he's never
09:16signed that
09:16big time
09:17deal
09:17he's never
09:18got his
09:18one contract
09:19and and
09:20so if he
09:22doesn't end
09:22up with the
09:23heat but he
09:23goes somewhere
09:24and he gets
09:25paid that's
09:26initially his
09:27first payday
09:27and he's in
09:28his 30s
09:28right so I'm
09:30not gonna feel
09:31bad about that
09:32get your bag
09:33right exactly
09:34and it's easy
09:36for a guy
09:36it's it's easy
09:37for a guy
09:38who's made
09:38300 million
09:39to say I'm
09:40gonna give
09:40you a little
09:40shave
09:41right like
09:42if James
09:43Harden
09:43could do
09:43that for
09:43the Cavs
09:44because he's
09:44made the
09:45money already
09:45but right
09:46I like
09:46Norman Powell
09:47who's been
09:47busting his
09:48ass to try
09:48to make
09:48this this
09:49right to
09:50get this
09:50one contract
09:51that most
09:51guys are
09:52in a third
09:52one right
09:53and the fact
09:54is he's a
09:55shooter he's a
09:56bucket getter
09:56he can shoot
09:57from the outside
09:58that is a
09:59necessity in this
10:00league right now
10:01so right
10:02somebody's gonna
10:02offer him a
10:03big bag
10:04I bet he'd
10:05get three or
10:05four years
10:06for like
10:0630 a year
10:08I don't know
10:09about that
10:10you don't know
10:10about that
10:10much
10:11I think he
10:12could see
10:14he's probably
10:14gonna get
10:18he could get
10:19a Kobe White
10:20deal
10:2120
10:2220
10:2225 to
10:2328 million
10:24a year
10:25for three
10:25years
10:26okay
10:26same ballpark
10:28but I don't
10:30know if they
10:30trying to offer
10:31him 25
10:32I don't know
10:32if the heat
10:33want to do
10:33that
10:33no that's
10:34what I'm
10:34saying
10:34the heat
10:35ain't look
10:36again if
10:37he don't
10:37end up with
10:38the heat
10:39for whatever
10:39reason if
10:40it's one
10:40penny more
10:42right
10:43I'm not
10:43gonna be
10:44mad at him
10:44because he
10:45ain't in
10:45the place
10:45that all
10:46these other
10:46guys who
10:47are working
10:47deals out
10:48with he
10:48ain't in
10:49the same
10:49situation
10:50as Andrew
10:50Wiggins
10:50he ain't in
10:51the same
