00:14according to the Wall Street Journal. England will replace Gretchen McCarthy,
00:18who has led Target's supply chain effort since 2022 and will stay as an advisor through August.
00:25England starts at the end of this month and will focus on accelerating Target's supply
00:29chain plans to improve the shopping experience. The Minneapolis retailer has posted 13 consecutive
00:36quarters of weak or falling sales, partly because shoppers have struggled to reliably find products.
00:42CEO Michael Fidelka has made improving in-stock levels a priority. Target is scheduled to report
00:48first quarter earnings Wednesday and is expected to show a sales and profit improvement.
