00:04We've had repeated instances
00:05of something operating in the airspace
00:08over restricted nuclear
00:09facilities, and it's not ours.
00:11These are otherworldly things that are
00:13performing maneuvers that have
00:15haven't been seen.
00:20I have seen with my own
00:22eyes non-human craft
00:23and non-human beings.
00:27This is so secret
00:29there have been very few people in our
00:31entire government that have been allowed
00:33or provided access to it.

00:37have been operating on a need-to-know basis.
00:40But that begins to ramp out of
00:41control.
00:43It's not acceptable to have secret parts
00:45of government that no one ever sees.
00:48People have been hurt
00:49protecting and hiding this information.
00:51Some people claim it would cost them their lives
00:53and they spoke out about these things.
00:55You had information
00:57being locked away that could change
00:59to change the trajectory for species.
