00:06I started off with their Brooklyn Chicken Parm.
00:08Spicy Calabrian Chili Vodka Sauce Slathered Chicken Cutlets,
00:11packed with melty mozzarella and a healthy amount of pepperoni.
00:14Served with their Spaghetti a la Spicy Calabrian Chili Vodka Sauce,
00:18with absolutely no vodka sauce left behind.
00:21Stop what you're doing and devour this dish.
00:24It is life-changing.
00:26On to their Rosemary Focaccia Sandwiches.
00:28First, their Chicken Caesar Focaccia with Crispy Chicken Cutlet,
00:31Creamy Caesar Salad, lots of Caesar Dressing and Parmesan.
00:35The focaccia is beautifully toasted and that Caesar Dressing is thick and delicious.
00:40That was so good. You guys need this.
00:42Next, their Italian Stallion Focaccia with a mountain of Italian meats,
00:46provolone, tomato, lettuce, oregano, oil and vinegar,
00:50on that perfectly toasted Rosemary Focaccia.
00:53Look at that cross-section.
00:54I could devour this for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
00:57That's fantastic.
00:59And this focaccia sandwich is my personal favorite.
01:01They get broccoli ruff, garlic and Italian log hot sizzling in a pan.
01:05Then they slide it on top of two crispy chicken cutlets,
01:10with provolone cheese,
01:11and it all gets packed into a rosemary focaccia,
01:14with lots and lots of balsamic glaze for that sweetness.
01:18I mean, how can anyone ever say no to this?
01:22Don't walk, run to Rosillo for this sandwich.
01:26And while you're here,
01:27do not skip their giant rigatoni bolognese pasta that is just outstanding.
01:32And this dish blows us away every single time we devour it.
