The swift action of seven young men who dived into a lake to rescue a mother and her two young children following an accident at Tasik Biru, Kundang on Sunday (Feb 22), has drawn the attention and praise of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

00:13Just before midnight on Sunday, a vehicle carrying a mother and her two young daughters, aged three and six, plunged
00:20into the lake.
00:21Without hesitation, seven young men at the scene dived into the dark waters,
00:26risking their own lives to pull the woman, believed to be in her forties, and her children to safety.
00:35All three were subsequently rushed to Sungai Bulo Hospital for treatment.
00:39Their bravery has since drawn widespread praise, including from Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim himself,
00:46who took to Facebook to commend the young heroes.
00:49The Premier also offered prayers for the swift and full recovery of the mother and her two children.
00:54The identities of the seven young men have not been officially released,
00:58but their actions have resonated deeply with Malaysians across the country.
