00:26our Mayor, Thomas Prince, as well as a number of councillors who are here this evening.

00:43The market is a very, very important location,
00:46not just for the Vendigo Art Gallery, but for Vendigo and our region.
00:51This project here is amazing, and we're very excited to see
00:57look forward to coming back, maybe in a couple of years,
01:00to see what has been done here.
01:02Can I also give a big shout out to the B Street Traders,
01:05who have worked together really well.
01:08This will impact on them a little bit, but they have worked really well
01:12with the City of Greater Vendigo to make sure that they don't lose any benefits
01:16as a consequence of this big redevelopment here at Vendigo Art Gallery.
01:21As you know, the Vendigo Art Gallery is a significant regional gallery,
01:25if not the most important regional gallery in Australia.
01:29And we're so proud to be able to be here today,
01:32to do the great development work.
