00:09too many delays here, although there can be de-icing that has to go on, and that always
00:13can slow you down. Usually airlines build that in, though. There will be some wind this afternoon,
00:19New York City toward Philadelphia. That's why I do have some minor delays. Shouldn't be a big deal,
00:24but there could be a few slowdowns here. Southeast, we do have the rain. Haven't seen any delays in
00:29Atlanta yet, but I do think there can be some as we go through the morning. Other than that,
00:34the southeast is looking A-OK.
