Another day, another smashed tacos recipe. In this video, Nicole is back with another smashed tacos recipe, showing you how to make buffalo chicken smashed tacos complete with shredded cabbage, blue cheese crumbles, and a celery-carrot mixture. Drizzle buffalo sauce on the tacos and dig in!

00:00Another day, another smash taco. This time, buffalo chicken.
00:03Start by combining ground chicken with some ranch seasoning, green onion, a little salt and pepper,
00:07finely shredded cheese, and a little buffalo sauce. Mix that well and then spread it into a thin layer
00:11all the way to the edges of the flour tortillas. Get your pan or griddle hot, add in a little
00:15oil,
00:16and place in the tacos meat side down. Cook them for about five minutes, and yes, this will cook
00:20the chicken all the way through. Then flip them and go another minute. Combine thinly shredded
00:24cabbage with celery, carrots, and blue cheese crumbles. Toss it with some red wine vinegar,
00:28olive oil, salt and pepper, and a little bit of sugar. Add the salt to the tacos, drizzle with
00:32a little more buffalo sauce, and enjoy. Just in time for the big game. Mmm, it tastes just like
00:38buffalo chicken. It's hard to beat the ones I've done in the past, but this one's coming real close.
