00:00Having taken care of Scotland on Saturday by 35 runs in Kolkata, West Indies have a bigger challenge when they take on England in the group stage on Wednesday in Mumbai.
00:09Windies coach Darren Sammy says his team has to play intelligent cricket to come out on top.
00:14Tomorrow we've got to be smart. Both teams have that power, like you said.
00:20I think it will rely on which team executes better with the ball.
00:26Because I think we could match each other when it comes to succeeding.
00:31Having said that, Sammy is not taking the opposition for granted.
00:35After all, he knows England are powerhouses loaded with quality players.
00:39England is the challenge tomorrow. They are a very good side.
00:44They've got so many match winners.
00:47And we've got to plan really well and play really well to beat them.
00:53Is it impossible? No, we don't think so.
01:00But as you see, T20 is a game where the shorter the format, it brings teams closer together.
01:06You've seen so many close games where one team looks like they're in a really good position.
01:12So again, I say it's a battle versus execution of skills with both bat and ball.
01:18After winning the 2016 title, the West Indies performed poorly in tournaments that followed.
01:24Despite the results, Sammy says his players are determined and therefore the team should not be taken for granted at this World Cup.
01:31Many people look at West Indies and all the issues that we have.
01:36And sometimes it reflects in the on-field performance.
01:40So they don't really give us much of a chance.
01:43But within the group, the confidence we have within our group, the players that we have, the experience we have playing in India.
01:51We know when we put it together and we trust our execution and the process, we become a very competitive team.
01:57And hopefully that competition could result in us winning cricket games and taking the tournament one game at a time.
02:05England is ahead of us tomorrow and we focus on that.
02:09And we hope to come out and put a good show out there when Katie.
02:12Now the big question.
02:14Who are the 11 for the clash against the English?
02:16I do have an 11 for tomorrow, but not one that you will hear today.
02:20When are you now, I need to export.
