00:00Given all the setbacks and hits and the bad luck, how challenging has the season been for you personally?
00:06Would you say it's the toughest or not the toughest you've ever had?
00:09Yeah, that's fair to say. By a mile.
00:13Because all the other seasons I've managed, there were only positives.
00:18I don't think I've ever lost two games in a row.
00:22It's an exception this season for me, as it is for the players.
00:26The players are not used to losing a lot or having a lot of draws.
00:30I'm not used to that as well.
00:33It's always more of a challenge after you lose a game of football to get them going again.
00:39Then after a win, tell them that we were not as good as they might think they are.
00:43So yeah, this season has been more challenging for me as well.
00:47How are you feeling about how perfect results need to be between now and the end of the season
00:52to achieve a top four, top five finish?
00:55Yeah, close to perfection because of the points we are behind.
01:01We also know that it's different when you are four points behind a team that's 18th or 19th in the league
01:07because they usually don't pick up as many points as the number three, four or five picks up.
01:11So to close the gap of four or five points towards the number three, four or five,
01:17that means you have to win a lot.
01:19So we can see that we can see the numbers of the people in the league.
01:21So we can see that in the next couple of points.
01:25So I think we can see that in the next couple of points.
01:27So that's what you can see.
01:29So we can see that at the beginning of the league.
01:31We can see that at the end of the league.
