00:00We've seen chaos and division in this Labour government almost since the day it got into office.
00:05What I was surprised to see was Anas Sarwar going over the top with nobody going behind him.
00:09It made Anas look weak, out of touch, out of the loop, and completely at the mercy of events.
00:15What we have now is a Prime Minister being held in place by a Cabinet who knows that he needs to go,
00:20but are unwilling or not prepared to go up there and challenge him for the job or tell him that his time is up.
00:26What do you think that says about the Labour government at the moment?
00:28I think it's the government being held in place simply because there's no viable alternative,
00:32and that's really bad for the country.
00:33We've got a Prime Minister who's made bad judgment call after bad judgment call,
00:37be it on policies like the winter fuel allowance or the family farms tax,
00:40or the appointments of Peter Mandelson as US ambassador.
00:43And now we've seen four people appointed by the Prime Minister in his number 10 operation have to resign and leave their post.
00:50I think that does begin to beg the question,
00:53at what point does the Prime Minister himself have to look in the mirror and think, my time is up?
