00:00I saw the race baiter out there again, Ryan Clark, talking about how racist it is that there's not a single African-American man hired as head coach, and how it's a nepotism problem, it's a rich white guy problem, and what the world needs is more black billionaires, because the thinking in his race baiting mind is that if we had more black billionaires, they'd be more likely to hire black men to be head coaches.
00:26And I'm like, that's not necessarily the truth, right?
00:30I would think if you're successful enough to become a billionaire, whether you're black or white, you're going to hire a guy based on merit, as opposed to, oh, he looks like me, right?
00:40Because that would be kind of foolish if you just said, oh, I'm a white guy who's a billionaire, so I'm just going to hire the first white guy that comes into the room, or vice versa.
00:50I'm a successful black entrepreneur, I'm a black billionaire, and I'm just going to hire the guy because he's black.
00:57Like, it's offensive.
00:58It's offensive to think that very smart, very successful people are going to hire one of the most important jobs in a company he owns based solely and exclusively because of how he looks, right?
01:12And I'll give you an example.
01:15What if I came out, and I'm not saying I am, but what if I came out and I said, man, it is racist that teams will not sign and pay millions of dollars to white cornerbacks?
01:26Yeah.
01:26That's not right.
01:28I need more white cornerbacks in football.
01:30This is an outrage.
01:32I've only got one starting white cornerback in the NFL.
01:36I need, like, it's stupid.
01:37I'd be mocked out of every room I was in if I made a statement like that.
01:41I don't see the difference.
01:43And I'll say this.
01:44Uh-huh.
01:44I think it's crazy that a league that is 90% black and a league that recognizes that there have been very successful black men's coordinators and head coaches.
01:56A better percentage than white guys.
01:58Okay.
01:58Yeah.
01:59Well, yeah.
01:59Higher winner percentage.
02:00That's probably right.
02:01No, no, no.
02:01Percentage is the same.
02:02Yeah.
02:02Percentage doesn't matter.
02:03Right.
02:03The black coach wins percentage.
02:05Fewer total numbers.
02:05Right.
02:06But percentage, I'm sure.
02:07Higher winning percentage.
02:08So, yes, it stands to reason, and I've said this in my entire life, there are clearly well-qualified black men to be head coaches and coordinators who are not getting the opportunity.
02:18But it can't always be because every owner in football is a racist.
02:22The owners in football have made black men more millionaires than any industry in America.
02:27So, let's not act like we're not willing or successful white billionaires are not willing to pay successful, talented black men what they deserve based on their abilities and skills.
02:39Right?
02:40Actually, I find every part of your argument to be bad, all of it, like every single part of it.
02:47And here's why.
02:47Go.
02:48Because what you're saying basically is.
02:50Go.
02:50Because you're saying that all these white owners, they just want to hire the best person.
02:55That's what you just said.
02:55I'd like to think that's the case, yes.
02:57So, that means no black guys are qualified because there's no black coaches getting hired.
03:01No.
03:01So, when no black guys get hired, right, and therefore you're saying that all the white guys are qualified, that would then mean by definition.
03:10No, it does not.
03:11Yes, it does.
03:11No, it does not.
03:12Yes, it does.
03:12And that's why a black owner would absolutely 100% be more.
03:17Yes, because they consider it.
03:19I am telling you.
03:20You don't think white owners consider it?
03:22Hell no, they don't consider it.
03:23That's the problem.
03:24I think that's the problem.
03:25If they considered it, they would have been some.
03:27If they considered them seriously, it wouldn't be 0 for 10.
03:31It's only 0 for 10 because they were token interviews.
