00:00What is the takeaway, I guess, for fans?
00:01I know there's an overall message of friendship, being ride or die, whatever.
00:05But each film, I think, has a different little nugget.
00:08What do you think the takeaway for fans are from the fourth installment?
00:12You know, so for us in the first movie, what we were playing with,
00:18and we weren't as good at it.
00:20And in the first movie, we were playing with identity, right?
00:24And then in the second film, we were playing with lies, right?
00:29And then the third film is when we got, like, intelligent
00:34about the underlying thematic premise of movies, right?
00:38So in the third movie, Grow or Die, right, was the thematic focus.
00:45And in this film, to me, which was one of the biggest possibilities,
00:50and we took a big reach for this one.
00:52And then, you know, Marcus's character has a spiritual experience.
00:59And his character is trying to get Mike to trust the universe, you know?
01:06And it's like, to me, you know, we don't compromise being a popcorn movie.
01:11But I love the idea, though, of having something that poignant
01:17that we're trying to say in a Bad Boys movie
01:20and just hiding it under the beauty and comedy
01:23of what we're trying to do for a summer audience.
01:27And he's saying this without giving the story away.
01:30Yeah.
01:31Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
