00:00I'm wondering if you could just share a little bit about when someone would know that they maybe need therapy or a psychiatrist.
00:08It's something that you said, Dr. Joy, that really makes me think, because what I often tell people is, what's your baseline functioning, right?
00:15So if you know you haven't slept well in the past few weeks, you know that you've got that little stress bubble over your head,
00:21you know that you're getting irritated when you would do things that are quite normal for you, or you're feeling the blues more than normal.
00:28If you know that something's a little off from your baseline or normal functioning, that's when I would say it might be time to figure out whether or not some help from someone would be useful.
00:38But you said it beautifully. Who hasn't experienced some sort of disruption over the past 18, 19 months?
00:43Couldn't we all benefit from the support of someone? And I would say, yeah, I would venture to say, yes, we could all benefit from someone.
