00:16It's a collaboration with Scott Storch, and, you know, he's already made hits, seen him at the Grammys, seen him at the Billboards, and this man was just so humble, so easy to work with.
00:25He's got a good vibe. Drippin', it's about to be the summer jam right now, so that's the goal.
00:31You do not want to miss the Essence Festival because I'll be performing it for the first time at the Essence Festival.
00:37The difference between the girl that I was when I debuted and the woman that I am now is that I just have experience, and I've taken time to learn about myself.
00:45I've taken time to work on my craft.
00:48I've also just, you know, watched my dad and seen how the independent route works, so, you know, it's authentic, and I'm ready to pay my dues, and I've been paying my dues, so I just feel super prepared.
01:03And this new EP is called 24-7 No Days Off, so we're really gonna showcase that, you know, do behind-the-scenes documentaries, seeing me in the studio, seeing me dancing, seeing me doing all that, but just basically going hard.
01:17And that's the vibe that I want to give off for this 20-year-old.
01:20But I've been doing it a long time, and I honestly just feel so comfortable with it, you know, so it doesn't even feel like a Hollywood thing.
01:26It don't feel like a fame thing.
01:28It's just all about passion.
01:30If I had a message to young girls, what I would want to say is that we don't have to be one-dimensional, you know what I mean?
01:38So, even though you like to watch makeup tutorials on YouTube, that doesn't mean that you don't, you can't get good grades, you can't start your own business.
01:48Like, we can do all of the above, and that's what I love about Essence.
01:52It's like women where, you know, it shows the beautiful black women, but it also shows how intelligent we are and how strong we are.
01:58So, we really have no limit.
