00:31Okay well for the ladies if you are gonna have any part of your feet exposed make
00:35sure you butter those biscuits. And in between the crevices, we can see the

00:47saying. What's one thing you should do at Essence? Have a funky good time. What's
00:52something you shouldn't do? Get too drunk, pass out somewhere. Too drunk, pass out
00:57somewhere. Must be a lot of that happening. Now here's something that you don't do
01:02when partying at night. Be a vampire so you don't let the Sun come up on you. So
01:08you can stay all night but if the Sun hits you, what happens to a vampire? You
01:12explode. So don't get burned up okay? And I don't know how vampires got in this but
01:19don't let that Sun catch you coming up. We don't want to go to breakfast and see you
01:23with the same outfit on from last night is what we saying. We don't want to see you in
01:27the same outfit. Friday night outfit should not look like Saturday morning
01:31outfit. That's all she's saying. Tell y'all man there's a lot of Essence do's and don'ts
01:34out here. You gotta stick with me. People know what they doing. You gotta do it. Essence do's
