00:00Hello and welcome to Qadhafi Stadium, Lahore.
00:28It is the Pankal Fala presents Vigotel Mobile T20 Series 2026, second T20i.
00:38Pakistan yet again, they won the toss and they elected to bat, wanting runs on the board.
00:45A few changes for Pakistan, three of them, Fahim, Osman Tarek and Naseem Shah come in,
00:51but all eyes on the top three.
00:53Farhan didn't get any runs, Sahim looked in fabulous touch, so did Salman Ali Agha.
00:59Now batting first, you want to set the tone and that top three has to do so.
01:03Bauer at number four is causing a few ripples.
01:06Australia in a must-win situation.
01:09Yeah, they want to bounce back and all the big guns back in the side.
01:12Captain back at the opening slot with head, Cameron Green in the three.
01:16Josh Inglis as well, who is resting on the first game back in.
01:19Matt Renshaw also, big news, replaces Matt Short in the World Cup squad as well, so he gets a go.
01:25Cooper Conley as well, Short, Bartlett, Abbott back in the side.
01:28Three changes and Zampa who picked up four.
01:31Kuniman in there as well with the spin and like you said, Baz, there should be a lot of spin doing the talking.
01:37First ball and he says play.
01:49A little bit of swing, Sabzadavran quickly runs away, he gets off the mark.
01:59Down the track, pierces the offside, in the air but lots of power.
02:07And he drills it down the ground.
02:12Two full, now that has been absolutely smashed away.
02:19Packs away, gets the length and just muscles it leg side.
02:25Four through mid wicket.
02:31Goes reverse.
02:33And given.
02:35Doesn't work.
02:36Rashid Riyadh straight away raises a finger.
02:39Success for Australia.
02:42Not quite the length to play this shot.
02:44He gets in, doesn't really get the bat in line.
02:49There you see, just clipping with the gloves.
02:51Straight into Inglis' gloves and that is the end of Sabzadavran.
02:56Not in five in the two innings so far.
03:00Pakistan, one down for 17.
03:01Salman Ali Aadha at number three.
03:05And straight away, down the track.
03:08Lifts it over mid-off.
03:09Shows his intent.
03:16And Saim hits it over the top.
03:18Plenty of space.
03:20One bounce, couple of bounces into the fence.
03:22But he plays shots like this.
03:27And in the power play, you say there's always a gap when you go over the top.
03:37Packs away.
03:37That is a beautiful execution of the extra cover drive.
03:43That is some shot.
03:45Scrumptious six.
03:46And again, this time, over the leg side.
03:52Little flick of the wrist.
03:55And rolls into the fence.
03:57This is fabulous batting.
04:05Through the offside.
04:06Through extra cover.
04:08Another boundary.
04:09Huge over.
04:10Starts off with a full toss.
04:20And the smash down the ground.
04:23And Pakistan reached 50 in just 4.1 overs.
04:30Down the track.
04:32Drifts down leg.
04:33Goes to the fence.
04:34Down the track.
04:41He flicks it away.
04:42And flicks it so well.
04:44That that has reached the crowd.
04:47Absolutely magnificent from the skipper.
04:49There for a reason.
04:51And he's showing them how it's done.
04:56Oh, that is such a great shot.
04:58Six.
04:59So, what's new?
05:00Out of the crease.
05:08Difficult really to judge and give.
05:10Quick through the air.
05:11At a pace.
05:12That last delivery.
05:15They're going to have a think over it.
05:19Yeah, they're going for it.
05:22What are you going to see?
05:23You're not out.
05:24Fitching in line.
05:25Impact in line.
05:27Wicket sitting.
05:28You need to reverse your decision, Rashid.
05:31Stand by.
05:33Ayoub departs for 23.
05:36Pakistan now.
05:3772 for 2.
05:41Oh, I think it's done.
05:44Gone.
05:45Played back.
05:46Straight ball.
05:48I think it's curtains for Baba Razum.
05:50Fifth time, Adam Zampa has got him out.
05:53Yeah, tough challenge this for Baba Razum.
05:55Because the bogeyman, Adam Zampa's on.
05:59Fifth time, he's got him.
06:01And that looks absolutely plumb.
06:03Great move from Mitch Marsh.
06:05Getting Zampa into the action straight away.
06:08Pakistan now.
06:1076 for 3.
06:11As Baba Razum departs for 2.
06:13That's a beautiful cut shot.
06:19He plays that win so well.
06:24Nakusan continue to flourish.
06:26They can get to 200.
06:28Swept.
06:30And that's gone for 6.
06:32What a shot that is.
06:34I mean, jaw-dropping stuff, that.
06:36Slashed away.
06:41And into the gap.
06:43Brings up the 100 for Pakistan in fine fashion.
06:46And once again, is flown off the bat of Salman Aliaga.
06:52Into the leg side.
06:54How's that for placement?
06:56Absolutely spectacular.
06:58Back-to-back boundaries for the Pakistan skipper.
07:00Brilliant.
07:06Absolutely glorious.
07:07Belted away for 4.
07:14A little bit funky.
07:15A slight edge and through to the keeper.
07:18A quiet dismissal at the end.
07:20Salman Aliaga is disappointed.
07:22But Sean Abbott strikes.
07:30And just one-dot delivery, which was a wide, impelled him to take his chances.
07:38Slice of the face of the bat to the wicket-keeper.
07:41But nevertheless, a brilliant effort from Pakistani captain.
07:4476 from just 40 deliveries.
07:52Well, maybe that is the magic of one touch.
07:56That is a touch Pakistan was looking for.
07:58Runs it right up.
08:00Remember that six definitely right out of the middle of Asman's bat.
08:08And he goes downtown and gets maximum.
08:13That is hit really hard.
08:16Brilliant connection.
08:21This is Shadab now.
08:23He launches this.
08:25Second six off the over.
08:27Well, that is even better from Shadab.
08:33This time he gets hold of it.
08:35And gets hold of it.
08:37Extremely well.
08:38That is into the crowd.
08:40That is another wonderful strike from Shadab Khan.
08:43Great power.
08:44Shadab.
08:45And gets it straight and into the fence.
08:55Goes wide and it's just carved away down to third.
09:02It brilliantly played from Usman Khan.
09:05You give good players width and you pay the price.
09:07But let's been hit down the ground and it's so well that's gone to the fence.
09:16And Usman Khan, his second 50 in deep 20 eye cricket.
09:22And it's been fabulous in terms of ball striking.
09:26Yeah, it certainly has.
09:27It's been an impressive knock, Bazzard.
09:29Just 35 balls.
09:34Now full toss.
09:35Dragged leg side.
09:38Oh, terrific catch.
09:40Not too short.
09:41Diving full length and keeping his composure.
09:44But an excellent lock from Usman Khan comes to the end.
09:48Wonderful effort out of deep mid wicket.
09:50It was dying on him.
09:52He made good ground and then right at the final moment.
09:56Diving forward nicely.
09:59Roughing his mitts around it.
10:01Taking it comfortably.
10:02And the dangerous Usman Khan departs.
10:06He goes for 53.
10:10Walks in.
10:11First ball.
10:11Thumbs it away over extra.
10:13Couple of bounces into the fence.
10:17The ramp shot.
10:20And does well.
10:21Back to back boundaries.
10:27Whips it away leg side.
10:30There'll just be a single.
10:33So no 200.
10:34But an impressive 20 overs with the back for Pakistan.
10:39Ends up 198 for 5.
10:42Fabulous knocks from Salman Aliaga, Usman Khan.
10:45Cameos from Shadab and a couple of boundaries in the end from Nawaz.
10:50And that has meant that Pakistan have produced an imposing total.
10:54Pakistan winning the toss.
10:56Batting first.
10:57Farhan went early.
10:58Saim barry beautifully for his 23.
11:00But the star of the show.
11:02Salman Aliaga 76 of 40.
11:05And then Usman Khan.
11:07He got to 53 of 36.
11:08Shadab 28 of 20.
