00:00My favorite rolls don't come from my mama or a restaurant or a bakery, they come from the school
00:05cafeteria. In my hometown, these rolls coveted. Everybody who went through the Cocklet County
00:11school system would tell you that their favorite yeast roll came from the cafeteria. My mom was a
00:17teacher at my elementary school, so we had the same thing for lunch every day, but anytime my
00:21dad knew the yeast rolls were going to be on the menu, he would make himself an appointment at the
00:26school to come and eat lunch with me. That's how good these things were. Honestly, one of the easiest
00:31yeasted doughs I have ever worked with. You make your dough, let it rise, punch it down, form the
00:36balls, throw those into some pans. I have never been more proud of something that came out of my oven
00:42than I have than these. Have you ever seen something more perfect? Pure nostalgia.
