00:00so hello nakash welcome to anis thank you very much very happy new year
00:03well i think you should keep up with the world a lot of interesting things happening in the world
00:12so uh starting off uh if you could walk us through what all you have pipeline in the near future like
00:19next four five months or what does the timeline look like work-wise um health-wise personally
00:26should i be very honest so i would love to in the future i would love to
00:33uh produce a movie probably direct one uh i would probably want to try politics
00:42and uh yeah of course the resto is happening right now so yeah this is
00:51and talking about your podcast uh how did you arrive at the idea and then what were the
00:58nuances that you went on heading to make it a full package um the whole see my only reason is uh
01:05i want i'm very interested in people because uh
01:08um that's one thing you can do is that you can communicate with people and uh you can get to
01:17know about their journey and uh from my experience of whoever i meet now in this podcast i am meeting
01:23a lot of famous people but in generally i think in general people are very interesting and everybody
01:29has a interesting backstory interesting life uh experience and uh everyone has their unique
01:38experiences which i would throughout my life i have been unknowingly collecting these stories and i have
01:46been applying from their experiences something that i if i can take something or if i can give
01:53something uh by not being preachy but just by sharing an experience so that was my whole vibe you
02:02know but when i came across podcasts in an audio format is when i realized that this is a very good
02:10uh means to share your experiences not just with just with one person but you know an entire community
02:21of this world basically and uh jis ko interest hai wo dekhega uh meri jasa meri jase kuch
02:30and i am sure if they are interested they will watch it and but many i am doing this for personal reasons
02:38because i am very interested in people and that's why i am doing it and it's good i am enjoying it
02:44and tell me if i am somewhere wrong in my analysis you are a people's person who likes to talk to people
02:51draw from their experiences and that i see in the way you perform songs as well
02:55and i am happy that i am happy that you are a very much believer in you know trusting the process and uh
03:01i am also a very much uh uh i am very much believer in you know trusting the process and uh i am also
03:09such variation well i'm i'm happy you think i'm very much i'm a very much believer in you know
03:20trusting the process and i'm also a believer of living in the moment so to live in the moment
03:29you have to have a process your preparation is very necessary and i have to see these other singers
03:41when i have seen them perform and now my progress is on and now i am surprised that
03:5010 minute
03:53की focus
03:54भी आपको
03:55कितना सिखा सकती है
03:57तो
03:58we cannot even imagine
04:00the potential
04:01of the human mind
04:02so
04:04yeah
04:05जो भी होता है
04:06I think
04:07I am fortunate
04:09and I am
04:09it
04:10मेरे लिए
04:10validation है
04:11I will take it
04:12as a validation
04:12के जो मैं कर रहा हूँ
04:14वो आपको अच्छा लग रहा है
04:15तो I am very happy
04:16and I will keep working hard
04:17on
04:18making myself better
04:20yeah
04:21because I like it
04:22and
04:24you work across
04:26different
04:27formats of music making
04:29if I may say that
04:29yes
04:30one as a producer
04:31and as a singer
04:32yes
04:32but
04:42is it music production
04:43that you are more attracted towards
04:44and
04:45or is it the singing
04:46well music production definitely
04:48I am very much
04:49I think that
04:51I can say it's my first love
04:53music production and composing
04:54because
04:57I always believed that
05:00if
05:02if you can like really do one thing on your own
05:07then you should do it
05:08you should at least try
05:10and then at least you will learn about
05:12the aspects
05:14like
05:14even
05:15like I am
05:16I am a very big
05:17you know
05:19fan of governance
05:20how it works
05:21and
05:22you know that
05:23aspect is there in
05:24almost everything in life
05:26you need to know
05:41And moving forward, it's more than iconic, which is Sadi Ketulsa.
05:48Okay, thank you.
05:49While you were present with the lyrics, the initial idea that the song will show you like this.
05:55And this is how you have to perform.
05:57What was your instant reaction to the lyrics and to the melody?
06:00Well, first of all, always, you know, being at Pritamdaa's studio.
06:06That I'm sure many people will agree for any aspiring musicians, aspiring artists to be in that environment.
06:17I think it's a blessing.
06:19And I don't take it for granted.
06:21So I was very happy and very pleased to be there.
06:26And I think, after that, you just have to give it your all.
06:41Though I definitely, as an artist, you have an opinion.
06:46So when I read the lyrics, we were always making a match.
06:49So I was very happy.
06:51Because I was like, I have never heard such a line.
06:56And I don't even know what it means.
06:58So I guess, that was the fun that was required in that song.
07:04And we all enjoyed it.
07:06And sadly, it was a very short recording.
07:0820 minutes of dubbing.
07:10All the recordings are like this only?
07:12No, no, no.
07:13Everything is different.
07:14Everything is different.
07:15I mean, at maximum, I've been doing it for 7 hours.
07:17I mean, in one go.
07:19Otherwise, there's a song that happens every time.
07:23That happens every time.
07:25So, if you remember, you say,
07:28you say that 48 hours of dubbing,
07:30you can't do that.
07:31But,
07:33some of you have 20 minutes,
07:36some of you have 10 minutes,
07:38some of you have 10 minutes,
07:39some of you have half an hour.
07:40Half an hour,
07:41I understand that half an hour,
07:42half an hour,
07:43I feel like it's half an hour.
07:44When you have a commission,
07:46that you have a song song,
07:47you will come.
07:48So, I'm going to learn from them.
07:49I'm going to learn from them.
07:50I'm going to learn from them.
07:51I'm going to learn from them.
07:52Yeah.
07:53And moving further.
07:54Now,
07:55you've talked about this.
07:58It's an audio podcast.
08:00Sound is something that people can
08:04contemplate on a deeper level.
08:07It's a push.
08:08If you're interacting with someone,
08:10what you're showing you.
08:12What you're saying is that
08:15what you're thinking.
08:17What you're thinking is that
08:18you're listening to a lot of attention.
08:20In India,
08:22where there are so diverse cultures.
08:23There's so many kilometers.
08:24There's so much history.
08:25The culture changes.
08:26The culture changes.
08:27The food changes.
08:28There's so much of the audience.
08:29How much of the audience is
08:31that the art of listening
08:32is that they cultivate
08:33and nurture.
08:34So that we have better music
08:35from the industry.
08:36Is that it?
08:37I think there's no responsibility on the audience.
08:39I think there's no responsibility on the audience.
08:41I think there's no responsibility on the artists.
08:43Okay.
08:44There is some responsibility.
08:47Yeah, probably not on them too, I don't know.
08:49But I think because it's a public consumption for me,
08:53I think a responsibility should come.
08:55I think we should keep the safety.
08:56When people keep the safety, I think I think safety in art,
08:59I think I think it's a little bit of a elegance in music.
09:07In music, I think it's a good elegance.
09:10But I don't think the audience has a responsibility in any way.
09:16They don't have to develop anything.
09:18They will only develop by what they're consuming
09:24or what facilities they have.
09:28Like if you say that people are throwing up here,
09:33it's because that place is so bad that people are thinking about throwing up.
09:38You know, so same thing happens even with bad art also.
09:44You know, if some people put out some very bad song,
09:49people are going to come and yell at them.
09:50And they don't see if they're a girl or a girl.
09:54You know, if people come and throw some comments,
09:56you know, from a third lens, it's comedy only.
10:09So, it's like, but I don't think audience has any responsibility
10:13because as a mass, you cannot really dictate what's going to happen.
10:17There has to be variety.
10:18There has to be variety.
10:20And lastly, very quickly,
10:21how do you look back at your January 25th or years
10:24that you have been in the industry?
10:27As an artist, how do you trace your evolution?
10:31As an artist?
10:32Well, I really cannot see myself as an artist.
10:38Because that's just one aspect of my life.
10:42As a human, I definitely feel there is so much.
10:50There's such a big world.
10:52Like, you know, if I am living my life,
10:56then it's my responsibility to live my life
10:58not to the fullest also,
11:01but to my best ability.
11:02And there's so much in this world that's happening right now
11:06that sometimes being selfish also feels so stupid
11:13and, you know, it seems meaningless sometimes.
11:20And we all know that in this life
11:23what the purpose of a human being is,
11:25you probably know that it's the same thing.
11:28That there is something.
11:29But I guess,
11:32immediately,
11:33what is your world that you can do with it?
11:37If you can do something with it,
11:38then maybe you should have to do that.
11:40You should have to do that.
11:42Perfect.
11:42So that we have reached the end of this.
11:44Thank you very much.
11:45It's wonderful talking to you.
11:46It's a pleasure and an honor having this conversation.
11:48I wish you.
11:48Thank you so much.
11:49Thank you so much.
