Laura and Steven Linker, from Concord, North Carolina, rescued Sunny Z, a one-year-old dachshund mix, from a local rescue group. According to Laura, Sunny was discarded by a breeder before being sent to the group, so she and Steven committed to giving him the most adored life possible. And this love has been shown in how happy Sunny is when he senses Steven returns home for the day. In a series of heartwarming videos, Sunny can be seen excitably spinning on the spot, taking little steps in each direction when she knows her dad is back and nearby.
