Philadelphia experienced winds blowing at a consistent speed of 13-15 mph just as the Eagles faced the San Francisco 49ers for the Wild Card game. The wind gusts at times went up to 28 mph, affecting the flight of the football and almost blowing off the famous blue tent installed on the sidelines of every NFL game.
