00:00So we got that postponement from the Supreme Court on the president's tariffs felt like we
00:04were all dressed up but nowhere to go. But now we focus on Wednesday of next week. What might
00:09happen on Wednesday? Right. Normally we don't get this kind of intense Supreme Court watch until
00:15the end of the term in June. But it's rare to have a case with these kinds of global economic
00:20stakes. So it's starting quite early this year. The court never tells us what's coming. We know
00:26when opinions are coming but we don't know what. So there are other cases on the docket that they've
00:31heard arguments in already. So there's no guarantee that Wednesday is the day for tariffs as well.
00:37And they could keep you know taking more time as much time as they want in the coming weeks
00:42to draft this opinion. And so again Wednesday morning all eyes will be on the court and on
00:48the court's website to see if that opinion drops. Yeah lay out for us if you could just different
00:52scenarios of how the Supreme Court could communicate to us around these tariffs. Right. So there are
01:00you know a set of cases that are consolidated but we're really likely expecting one opinion. And we're
01:06looking for the court to say whether the president's use of this emergency economic powers law to impose
01:12the tariffs last year whether it's lawful. You know everyone acknowledges it was an unprecedented move a novel use of
01:19this law. And courts so far said not allowed. And now we're waiting to see what the justices have to say about it.
