00:23before rising to $199. The Food and Drug Administration approved the pill in December,
00:30Novo Nordisk said the pill contains 25 milligrams of semaglutide,
00:34the same ingredient used in injectable Wegevy and Ozempic,
00:37and has similar side effects such as nausea and diarrhea. The company said trial participants
00:42lost about 14% of body weight, with continued users losing about 17%.
