01:53get them, including allies. When allies want to buy them, they have to wait four years for a plane,
01:58five years for a helicopter. We're not letting that happen anymore. We're telling our defense
02:03contractors, you're going to start building faster. We should give everybody like these competency
02:09tests, right? The cognitive, they call it cognitive. You know, I'm the only president
02:14that went for cognitive. I think every president and vice president should be forced to take
02:20cognitive exams, mental tests, like, are they intelligent? Wouldn't it be nice? Do you think
02:27Walsh could pass a cognitive test as an example? Do you think Kamala could? I don't think Gavin
02:35could. He's got a good line of crap, but other than that, he couldn't pass.
