00:13will be used to clean up a former scaffolding works off Friar Park Road ahead of redevelopment.
00:1934 homes will be built on the site and made available to local people at discounted rates or through a rent-to-buy scheme.
00:27The £7.4 million project is partly funded by Homes England and is expected to create or protect more than 100 jobs,
00:35along with 10 construction apprentices working on sites.
00:39The homes are being built by Keyon Homes and are scheduled to be completed by late 2026.
