00:00We do have a number of clients that were here during the 2003 Fives.
00:11There were significant losses to infrastructure, sables and yards.
00:16We also had a significant number of equine loss.
00:19The positive news out of that is whilst we did have a number of clients that were injured at the time,
00:25we didn't have any significant loss of life.
00:28Although those circumstances we very much could have.
00:31There's no second gate there, there is two gates there.
00:35Actually while I was going back over this I found a couple more fences that I might have missed as well.
00:40So what we've got here, so the blue here is the boundary of the property.
00:43We've got Chapman here and we've got Cooleman Ridge here.
00:47Really this is the buffer zone before we get into the ACT.
00:50Some of the major issues we face is being on the urban edge
00:54and having the public accessing the property during fire event times.
00:58It's a high stress time for our clients.
01:00Most of the properties only have one access point in and out
01:04and when that becomes congested with members of the public trying to take photos,
01:08that has a significant impact on our ability to manage our relocation plans,
01:12which are often two to three hours ahead of any sort of evacuation plans for housing.
01:19things are designed for housing.
