00:00the final with a real spring in their step hoping they can get something done today
00:11well Pac said we are not machines the fatigue is there after that Champions League defeat
00:24to Real Madrid on Wednesday Chelsea have had a couple of extra preparation days Manchester City
00:31had the emotional roller coaster of extra time and penalties but they are so used to that and
00:39they bounce back so well they do go into this semi-final as favourites of course
00:44but there are hugely talented players everywhere you look
00:51Michael Oliver is the referee this evening assisted by Stuart Burton Dan Cook down England
00:58the fourth David Cook the VAR and it's Manchester City double chasers now who will kick off the first
01:07of the FA Cup semi-finals kicking from right to left and Sky Blue is on to it
01:15a Grealish sending it away has reached that it is still in play Nathan as Rodri was dispossessed
01:22and that's a really good ball as well and Jackson's effort is straight at Ortega
01:27they're really good he's got a Gallagher on this occasion they're snapping away at the heels of
01:35Kyle Walker wins it
01:38Makanji advancing quite a long way before Nicholas Jackson got a toe in
01:43caught the man as well as the ball
01:48to Madureke continuing around Nathan Ake has gone with him and he's just been caught Ake
01:53puts them really on the front foot when it comes to them pressing the ball and winning it
01:57they've gone out of the Champions League to Real Madrid but as Palmer tries to lob Ortega
02:01they didn't lose to the Jackson looking to get away from Makanji
02:05Ake coming Foden around Petrovic who just got a touch on it
02:09Kukureya almost put it into the path of Grealish
02:13Makanji
02:14well there's pass for Grealish digging it out go the heads
02:21Alvarez looking for a slightly different angle from which to deliver
02:25and the ball stayed in to do it and they're kind of mixing it up between who
02:29he's going to be dropping
02:31Makanji
02:32Rodri
02:33fouled
02:34Kulled beautifully and Bernardo Silva hooked out by Mark Kukureya
02:39right in front of his own goal
02:42I think the Fisher's got his flag up
02:43I don't think that Bernardo Silva must have just mistimed his run slightly
02:51it was brilliant from Greenleaf
02:52Ortega, the flag is still down and he can't...
02:56Pace, good run determined, pulls it across, must be it is
02:59Kukureya scores for Chelsea, Leicester left wide open
03:02Kukureya gets the goal, Jackson should get immense credit
03:06well we said get Jackson in a 1v1 situation
03:14two central defenders, solid but not necessarily blessed with pace
03:19and to be fair, Jackson, it's embarrassing the way he goes past his opponent so easily
03:27no substitute for blistering pace
03:32he'll just work it nicely and then
03:35he runs into that area and he knows, he just stands up
03:39the defender, Westergaard, and he just, look, explosion of pace
03:42he just finds the back post and then it's a little tap in for Kukureya
03:45who joins the attack nicely
03:481-0 Chelsea
03:49first up
03:51corner kick Chelsea
03:55there's an awkward moment
04:01Stone's watching the ball
04:05Jackson fizzed it across
04:06Cole-Palma couldn't reach it
04:08Madueke has retrieved it
04:10it's a really good play though
04:15for Nicholas Jackson, someone's just got to be coming into that back post
04:18Malo, Gusto, curling, Alvarez couldn't quite bring it
04:21forward here Chelsea
04:22Madueke, Gusto
04:24now Cole-Palma
04:25oof, went through
04:27for Breuner to deliver
04:30and Jackson
04:31it's a foul
04:34Fernandes on Rod
04:36bit of interest from the City fans
04:39but he gets it
04:41shovels it onto his right
04:42and pushed away
04:43by Ortega
04:45into a very dangerous area
04:46that could have worked out really well for Chelsea
04:49off the City keeper
04:51that's Cole-Palma at his best
04:58good moments things for Chelsea
04:59they have a throw
05:00no
05:02Walker
05:03with time to do
05:04curling here for Armando Breuer
05:06he's gone over
05:07penalty kick
05:09Ruben Diaz comes flying across
05:15he thinks he's trying to block a shot
05:17he just completely takes him out
05:18oh he's in a great position
05:25Anthony Taylor
05:25I said we get late drama
05:28in the Premier League
05:29oh that's a penalty
05:31oh my
05:36City's boy
05:41is Chelsea's man
05:434-4
05:48you can ask
05:49no more
05:50what a penalty
05:54under that pressure
05:55against a goalkeeper
05:56against a goalkeeper
05:56who knows him so well
05:58and he finds that top corner
06:00look
06:00look at that
06:02the arrogance that lad's got
06:03football arrogance
06:04oh you're not saving that
06:09the whole world will feel like he's watching him
06:14there's a penalty now
06:15friends and family
06:17probably
06:17East was by Caicedo
06:18Akanji
06:19Akei
06:21he was under pressure from Fernanda
06:26out by Walker
06:26but it's gone to Maduike
06:28brilliant block
06:29oh if he controlled it
06:31he might get it back here
06:32did well
06:34Rodri finds
06:35Phil Foden
06:36who was just caught
06:37this is a free kick for
06:39Manchester City
06:40in a good old position
06:42Caicedo with a challenge
06:43he's got to stay on his feet there
06:45Caicedo
06:45I know that
06:46it's part of his job
06:48get in there
06:49be tenacious
06:50win the ball
06:50that's a lovely ball
06:52Kukureya
06:52and if you have taken the corner
06:55it's Jack Grealish
06:56Kukureya
07:00claiming he didn't get the final
07:02Rodri
07:02did well Kukureya
07:05that's a waste from there
07:09he had
07:10one, two, three, four, five
07:11City players
07:13to his left hand side
07:14I don't think anyone's ever going to have it
07:17even though he's still top of the charts
07:19it's Mano Gusto
07:21with a cross switch
07:23and Foden for the return
07:26and De Bruyne
07:26and left four
07:28Phil Foden
07:29Bernardo Silva
07:35for Manchester City
07:36half
07:37well watched from Mano Gusto
07:41he was in the end
07:41outnumbered
07:42and just
07:43Palmer on the ball
07:44deflection
07:45he's saying
07:48well
07:49he'll definitely hit a wall
07:51at least
07:51I'm sure
07:52it's a corner
07:53at the very least
07:54well
08:00it's certainly flicked off
08:02a Manchester City
08:04pushed away to Bernardo Silva
08:07who scores
08:08for Manchester City
08:10and the double
08:16is very much still on
08:19for Manchester City
08:20at the end of what has been
08:24a difficult week
08:25towards the end of what has been
08:27a difficult game
08:29Bernardo Silva
08:30puts Manchester City
08:32with their moments
08:33of the FA Cup final
08:34and who else was it going to be
08:43to unlock
08:43this Chelsea defence
08:44let's look at Kevin De Bruyne
08:45has run there
08:46gets away from Fernandes
08:48probably for one of the first times
08:51this game
08:52he's been on in most of the game
08:53but it's a clever run from him
08:55to the byline
08:56cuts it back
08:57and when this lands at Bernardo Silva's feet
09:00he's a technician
09:00just keeps his eyes on it
09:02gets good contact
09:04and that's City 1-0 up in this game
09:10Chelsea
09:12Jackson
09:13and Ortega there again
09:15two massive chances
09:17and through to Jackson
09:19go inside of Walker
09:20pushed away by Ortega
09:22collect classes sitters anyway
09:25well top striker
09:28Grealish
09:31and Foden
09:31good save
09:32well that's City's best chance
09:36in a long long time
09:37good save
09:38Foden
09:40Roderick
09:41Walker
09:44De Bruyne
09:44put behind by Kukurea
09:47it's deflected onto the head of Kukurea
09:52Walker's made a run
09:58Grealish
09:59Alvarez left
10:01De Bruyne right
10:02goes Chelsea corner
10:03Thiago Silva
10:04wide
10:05bright blue riposte
10:10the grand old man
10:15well they don't normally score too many from set pieces
10:22Chelsea
10:23and that's certainly a huge team now
10:30Manchester City
10:32we just look at the role of Cole
10:33Parma
10:34he just blocks Haaland off
10:36and it's just a delicate little header
10:40but just keep an eye on Cole Parma
10:41and Haaland
10:42he just holds him up
10:43and he gets a cross in there
10:45Thiago Silva
10:45and also Kukurea
10:49when I said I felt it was a little bit harsh at the other end
10:55so maybe
10:56that's fair enough to get Chelsea back in the game so quickly
11:01but it's something they've certainly worked on
11:03the role of Cole Parma
11:05and Kukurea
11:06I got to see
11:07the fairs
11:08but to see
11:13is there anything
11:14which can be
11:15made
11:16and
11:18.
11:26.
11:28.
11:30.
11:31.
11:32.
