50 Cent has ignited a viral feud with the "Let's Rap About It" podcast hosts, Jim Jones, Maino, Dave East, and Fabolous, after the crew criticized his recent Netflix documentary, Sean Combs: The Reckoning, as a disrespectful ""mockumentary.""

Retaliating against the criticism, the G-Unit mogul threatened to purchase the studio building where the podcast films, publicly labeling the rappers as "squatters" and alleging that their landlord is fed up with unpaid rent. To prove his leverage, 50 went as far as sharing an alleged audio recording of a call with the property owner, vowing to take over the deed and "fifty percent" of their show.
