11:24That's for poor houses, a meter actually gives you a lower monthly electricity
11:28bill.
11:30And for us to fulfill our promise of 200 units of electricity.
11:36I need people to have meters in their homes, because that's the only way I can
11:40measure 200 units.
11:42I am constrained of being unable to fulfill this promise because percentage of metering is still far below 50%.
11:51Which means the majority of the people of Jammu and Kashmir will not fall within the purview of this 200 units.
12:00And as far as reservation is concerned, I have already told you, the cabinet subcommittee report is done, cabinet meeting will be held.
12:09And then we were again constrained by the fact that I did not want anybody to sabotage this by going to the election commission and saying they've done this because of code of conduct.
12:20Code of conduct is over, elections are over, next meeting of the cabinet, the minister concerned will bring the memo to the cabinet and we will discuss it there.
12:31there are the things that I can call, you can call, you can call.
12:42, it is not made of us.
12:46In thisास्त no matter we have given this nabilla.
12:49We also want to achieve our achieve.
12:52However we should have no achieve.
12:55We should have goals which we can achieve with our own.
12:59We have to have a day-to-day basis.
