How to Stop Windows Updates | How to Stop Windows From Updating | Pause Updates

In this video, I'll explain how to stop Windows updates.

1. Click on the Windows icon
2. Write "Windows update"
3. Click on "Check for updates"
4. In "Pause updates", click to show the options, and choose a period of time you which to pause updates
5. In "Get updates as soon as they are available", you can turn it off to deactivate some updates
6. Click "Advanced settings"
7. In "Keep me updated", you can turn it off to stop Windows from automatically restarting during Windows updates
8. In "Active time", you can customize the time when Windows will restart due to Windows updates

While it is not possible to completely, and permanently, deactivate Windows updates forever, it is possible to stop Windows updates for some time, even some weeks. It is also possible to prevent Windows from updating and restarting during your active time.

Remember to keep your Windows updated.
