00:26it's coach's job to put the best players on the field he has a responsibility not only
00:33to the organization but to the other 52 men on that team right if you put somebody on the field
00:39and the players think that the other guy is better then you have a chance of losing your team sure
00:45simple as that right i said so the fact that shadoor is not playing he's i would just assume and i just
00:55made it the point that he's not ready because you know when the team's doing that bad if you pull
01:02somebody to the side and one of the guys say he was in the locker room they only say a good thing i say
01:07but when if you pull them over to the side and then then that's when you get them unnamed sources
01:12has anybody said should do it should be playing he said no i said okay it's okay right it's okay
01:20just because the guy's not playing his rookie year does not mean he's gonna be a garbage pro
01:25why can't anybody get over that so then and obviously the organization like they picked
01:31dylan gabriel first right like that there is gonna be elements of they're gonna trust their
01:35evaluation on now no you know there's been some situations where a guy just stood out
01:39yeah sure you know mr unlimited obviously something weird happened because of how much he felt like

02:17like everybody was saying that about cam people were saying that about cam and there was certainly
02:23talk that he was going to slip but but even the quarterbacks he went after i don't think people
02:27people did not anticipate that and there also does appear to be something in the realm of like
02:32hey his draft process went really bad but again all those reasons we don't know about well i don't
02:38know about all that i don't know about the conversation here's what i do know and when
02:41we talked about this last year he said who you think's better shadoor or cam i said here's the
02:46problem i don't i've never seen shadoor make on time throws drop back throw a guy to a spot
02:53throw a guy open put his foot down zip it to the you know the deep outer or whatever i've never seen
03:00that i've seen cam do it so my preference would be cam in all fairness though i've seen more cam
03:06than shadoor right so then we get to the browns draft him everybody has a fit on when he's getting
03:13drafted or whatever he gets drafted in the fifth round right he gets an opportunity to play and he
03:19makes some great throws but it's all kind of like scrambling around on the run throwing guy you know
03:26kind of like that that's factor to him like there's just something about watching shadoor sanders he's
03:30just got a little he's got a little x factor to him but here's the problem from a coaching standpoint
03:36you can't base everything on that you got to base it on knowledge of the offense knowing where to go
03:42with the football knowing how to manipulate the defense you got to know what you're doing i get
03:48you and so if he never gets past that first part he's not going to be able to show the second part
03:53and the first part is what's holding him up and that's what i said i think people just look at
03:59dylan gabriel all respect and maybe he'll be really good i don't know but i do think people
04:02look at dylan gabriel and they're just like you know he's kind of a easily he's like the team's
04:07terrible i understand who cares what the quarterback looks like that's the least of your problems you
04:12got so many other things going on it is but this is the most juicy thing about the team like
04:16if you didn't want that situation they should have drafted shadoor sanders okay you know what i mean
04:21like no i don't well i don't that really has nothing they're like it does they draft they didn't have
04:27no quarterback so they drafted two quarterbacks because they have none right and you want to know
04:33the perfect example of what's going on there that the quarterback they got rid of and dumped has
04:39thrown for a million yards with two good receivers he's good right so if joe flacco couldn't do it
04:46what makes you think two rookies are going to do it don't know right so like if shadoor was a
04:53quarterback there'd be dylan gabriel fans saying the same thing about dylan g it just it doesn't

06:39just starting to catch up with him because he's had a whole hell of a lot of head injuries body
06:43injuries and he's just not the he's just not that guy anymore he already had a very small physical
06:48margin for error you just hold you can't hold on to that for another year just because like you do
06:55have to have a guy million but it's it's sunk anyway the damage is done now like that's coming from a guy
