Culinary professionals from around the world descended on Borden, WA, for Meat & Livestock Australia's Lambassadors cooking challenge. Video and voice-over by Brooke Littlewood.

00:00This is Meat and Livestock Australia's Lambassadors Cooking Challenge at Borden,
00:04which was held in conjunction with the WAMCO AGM last week.
00:08The Lambassador Program is a flagship initiative designed to elevate the profile of Aussie lamb
00:13with 16 internationally acclaimed culinary professionals representing 11 countries.
00:19Split into groups of four, the Lambassadors were given 90 minutes to create dishes inspired by their home regions.
00:25They were given a list of ingredients, including different cuts of Aussie lamb.
00:29A far cry from their usual commercial setups, this was all done in a makeshift outdoor cooking area on the local footy oval.
00:37WA producers then voted for their favourite dish.
