00:00I think the really important bit is we engage lots of our staff who use the ambulance to actually get their feedback.
00:06So try and iron out some of the niggles and kind of make each generation better.
00:10I was thinking maybe labels on some of the cupboards.
00:12Let's get started.
00:13You'll never find a blanket.
00:14You'll be like, get a blanket.
00:15And I'm like, literally, it's a third-team cupboard you open.
00:18There's the blanket.
00:19And interestingly, we're already on our fourth iteration of the new ambulance
00:23because we continually take feedback from staff.
00:26So every new batch that comes out, we've implemented a change that they've wanted.
00:34But it's good because you've got the rapid response vehicles now as well.
00:36You've got motorbikes as well now.
00:38So we've got motorbikes.
00:40We've also got pushbikes, so pedal cycles.
00:43We've also got car, well, they're sort of in between an ambulance and a car,
00:48so where we can send out a solo response, so one paramedic,
00:52but be able to do an assessment of a patient if they're perhaps in a public space.
00:57So we've got a private area that we can do an assessment with them.
