00:56Because they were struggling with Lamar playing.
00:59And Lamar was softening the blow of this.

02:01Leroy, the entire game, I'm not even joking about this, was four on three hockey.

05:23The only way, the only way in a game like that, that FSU can get back into the game is

05:35Give up a quick touchdown or turn the ball over.

05:40Now you're the head coach and in your mind, you're thinking the only way they have a chance
05:48is a quick score or a turnover deep in our territory.
05:53So football must be played accordingly.

08:40Now, the clock was always on your side on, in all of those games, the clock was always

08:54if the clock isn't on your side?

10:41The only thing that could help that other team turnover, sack, fumble, or stop in the

10:54And also, don't even get me started on not kicking that field goal because that was.

11:55But what I am seeing, Brittany, is a team that's very, very clearly top to bottom one of the
12:02best teams we've seen in a long time.
12:03And look at their resume, the teams that they're beating.
12:07I mean, the team that they, I mean, the Florida game wasn't close.
12:11They got screwed out of a touchdown.
12:12And even in that, like Florida just pulled off a win over Texas and they're not ranked
12:19yet, but they probably will be by the end of the year.
12:21The Canes probably are going to end up having four ranked wins as of right now on their roster.
12:25Think about that.
12:26Say what you want about any other team in college football.
12:30Besides the SEC, which I don't count ranked teams in the SEC because they're all ranked
12:35and then they get credit for beating up on each other.

12:42They have beaten, well, at the time before Florida State blew it, they would have beaten
12:49two top 10 teams and four ranked teams.

12:54And there's nobody else in the country that's done that.

13:04I think that they're top to bottom, a great team.
13:06I guess it's more of a coaching thing.

13:26What would you have suggested that wouldn't put your team in harm's way?

13:34And either give up a fumble, a turnover, or throw the ball and stop the clock.
13:40Because those are the three things that are your friend at that time.
13:43If you can avoid those three things, where they were in the football game, the way their
13:48defense was playing, I get they ran a bunch of plays.
13:51At the end of the game, it was hurry up.

13:55What would you have suggested that the offense do?

17:30And I never enjoyed one minute of it because I was always thinking about the next game.
17:36I was always thinking about what if, what if, what if, what if.
17:40Sometimes, especially as a fan, until that day comes, enjoy the hell out of your team.

17:49They're going to be top two in the country.
17:51They've beaten three, maybe four ranked teams, right?
17:56And we're sitting here nitpicking about end of games.

18:54See, here's the thing is like, it feels different than last year because last year you put
18:58yourself in holes.
18:59Like last year you had to come up with miracles and comebacks.
19:02And was that a pass interference at the end of the game against Virginia tech and Cal?
19:07Like those were like, and they just feel different because you just remember the thrill of pulling
19:11out the victory.
19:13Each one of these games has basically been the Canes have come out here, absolutely drop

19:20And it's like, and you basically got to just bleed out the clock and you got to wait.
