00:03Well, ultimately he'll go back to Palace for two, three weeks, I would have thought,
00:07and then we'll have dialogue between the two clubs,
00:10but we have to understand that he's Crystal Palace's player,
00:14so what they deem as what they want, they will get.
00:18Obviously, you know, Henry started off with an injury, then he's come back,
00:21but in both a few games, he won man a match twice at home, he's been superb.
00:25He's a good player, a good player, the kid who rocked his knee.
00:30Don't cast her innocuous, missed the start of the season, come into the team,
00:34and as you said, he's won man of the match twice, hasn't he, out of the four games he's played in.
00:39So he had a big impression, he's going to be a big miss,
00:43but then again, so is Niall and so is George and so is Banksy,
00:46and we can, we can, and the skipper, we could do without it,
00:51but as I've said many times, unfortunately,
00:54apart from the parcel of football, but it's cruel at the minute to us.
00:57What are the ones we know about, has everyone else come through the week unscathed?
01:00There's a few bumps and bruises, as you can imagine, that's normal, but everybody else is okay.
01:06Now, we spoke about, obviously, your bench leaving three people behind,
01:09is it going to be delving back into that under-18s, looking at the youth players again?
01:12Yep.
01:13They'll supplement the squad,
01:14and for me, that's the way it should be, you know, we're blessed,
01:20we can have five, six subs or wherever it is,
01:22and we'll bring somebody on to the bench who deserves to be on the bench,
01:25who's done well for the youth team.
01:27I know you welcome them here to train,
01:30so is that a good thing where they do get that opportunity?
01:32There's three or four to train today,
01:33there's always two or three training with us, usually,
01:36so here's an opportunity going on.
01:38Would you be willing to throw them on if you felt like,
01:40if you have confidence in them?
01:41Absolutely, yeah, yeah.
01:43We threw a big telly on last year, didn't we?
01:45So, I mean, it did particularly well at Harrogate that night,
01:49I remember it was yesterday, so, yeah, why not?
01:53Obviously, you've been here over 12 months now,
01:54how would you view the overall picture,
01:56obviously, the signs we saw last year,
01:57but the tough start to this season?
01:59Yeah, there was times last year
02:01when I thought we were really, really close,
02:03and then, obviously, there's been a big, huge turnaround,
02:07and, look, we've had a disappointing start to the season,
02:10but I've thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed the year,
02:14and there was something sick in me,
02:16I quite enjoy when you're up against it, too,
02:19because I do believe you tested them.
02:22We have to get a result, get a result on Saturday,
02:27and then, probably, it's approaching just over a year,
02:31and, as I said, I've enjoyed it immensely,
02:33but it's gone up and down too quickly,
02:35and it's a bit like that bloody big dipper around the corner,
02:38you know, we go up and down a little bit,
02:39too quickly for my liking.
02:41Obviously, before coming in,
02:42you'd had a couple of years out after tough jobs,
02:44elsewhere, do you feel like you've got a point to prove?
02:46Do you feel like you want to prove to yourself?
02:48I'm here because it's a great club,
02:52and the owner wants the club to be in the championship,
02:56and I'd love to be able to do it for them,
02:58and the people who work at the club, too.
03:01They're able to get into the championship,
03:02and then what can we do after that?
03:04And, as I've said, I've really thoroughly enjoyed it,
03:07basically because of the people who employ me,
03:10and the supporters who've been really, really decent to me,
03:13and after two years out, I've thoroughly enjoyed it.
03:16And that hunger still, that fly in your belly,
03:18even when it's tough times?
03:19Listen, especially when it's a tough time,
03:21and there's no walking away from it.
03:23That will never happen.
03:24You know, I've walked away and quit before
03:27because of other circumstances,
03:29not just because of results, that's for sure.
