00:01Michael Estrada who scored the goal that gave him the win
00:04in net one, also scored the last Liga de Quito
00:08visiting a Brazilian team of goal
00:11they did it in May of 2024 versus Montafogo
00:14the group face of the tournament
00:18Sao Paulo here on the Esports
00:30the second leg in the quarter-finals
00:34a place in the Libertadores semis up for grabs
00:38Sao Paulo's Ferreira
00:41who was very lively when he came off the bench
00:44probably the best period of the game for Sao Paulo when Ferreira
00:48came on and went to run at players from this left channel
00:52learning his starting place, here he is driving inside, getting the shot away
00:56Quintero's down now
00:59here's Ferreira, down the line
01:11fast across to Roderinho, good ball in, dropped by the keeper
01:14chance for Luciano, still loose inside the box, off the crossbar
01:18Liga de Quito survived, not yet away
01:21Ferreira, shooting chance on the edge
01:24comes in and bounces just low
01:27the Brazilians coming within a whisker
01:31of the early goal they so desire
01:34all spilled by Vazic
01:36Luciano battling away to try and get the ball out of his feet
01:42and in the end it's Regoni
01:46who rattles the crossbar
01:48so good eye away from Sabino
02:02watched away from Sabino wrestlers in off the ball legally according to Alexis Herrera
02:06Sabino
02:10Sabino is then chopped down
02:13even the key top field they should have had a free kick there although
02:16that angle out so good eye does seem to go down very easily in this little quest
02:20quickly taken
02:27hold across the box
02:29and somehow
02:30Luciano puts the ball over the top from just three yards out
02:34quickly taken corner that catches Liga de Quito
02:41completely back with
02:43Rodriguinho again
02:44Alan Franco
02:47fancies the cross
02:49delivers one in
02:50flicked on by Luciano
02:51not an easy chance at all
02:54unfortunately
02:56stay down as much as he wants but that yellow card's not going anywhere
03:13now satisfied
03:14it's taken to the edge of the area
03:17need a bit too long to shoot but they might still have a chance here
03:20take it away comes to nothing and there's another break on
03:24also good eye hits it long
03:26Medina chases
03:28Medina
03:29Medina's in behind a chance
03:31and Liga de Quito leads
03:33five minutes before the break
03:36and out of the blue
03:39Liga de Quito
03:41striker
03:43the corner from Sao Paulo
03:48is poorly worked
03:50headed away by Vigemil on the edge of his own area
03:53but there's still a lot to do
03:57Medina too strong
04:00as he just knocks Bob Alisha out the way
04:04cuts inside him and then has the composure to find the finish
04:09what a time to score your first Libertadores goal this year
04:11Jason Medina the man who they brought in from in
04:24before they go into the semi-finals against Palmeiras
04:28shot from distance
04:29kept out by Vazje
04:30Pareda
04:32Pareda
04:33Pareda
04:34the ball into the middle
04:35and over the top
04:37another chance goes begging
04:39it's an uncomfortable save as the ball bounces up on Vazje
04:46that Diaz leaning back on the turn
04:49smashes this one high over the crossbar
04:54and Alexis Herrera will instead blow for half time
05:05whistles around the modern B
05:07Sao Paulo can't do anything in the first half
05:12and they're one goal behind
05:15on the day three
05:16with everything ready
05:17for this
05:18the second half of Vazje
05:21double change made at the break
05:35it throws
05:38Enzo Diaz
05:39wide for Ferreira
05:42we've really seen Ferreira
05:44run at that Liga de Quinto defence
05:46in the way that we did at the end of the first half
05:48got the goal
05:49and it's Luciano
06:02there's a little touch
06:03with a little touch from Dinero
06:09Vareira
06:11Maia
06:12he shoots
06:13in these conditions
06:14perhaps worth one
06:15make a look at the disallowed goal
06:17clear as day
06:19wants to take into account
06:20that touch from Dinero
06:24Vazje
06:25has stayed down
06:26having got
06:27something on the ball
06:29Sao Paulo
06:30not happy
06:31with Alexis Herrera's decision to
06:32to
06:33to
06:42Pelo double left
06:43who wants us clearance
06:45shot that comes in
06:46Droghino
06:47enough save in the end
06:49at the near post
06:50and a well-struck effort from
06:52from
06:54Rodrighino
07:02we've seen
07:03Luciano's header flicked on
07:04and flicked into the hands
07:05of Gonzalo Vazje
07:06who holds on to it
07:08Dinero
07:09with every passing moment
07:12with every passing chance
07:13what can they muster
07:15other than really
07:16throwing crosses into the box
07:18they have got down the right
07:20Mayhilton cuts it back
07:22Luciano shoots
07:23Vazje saves
07:24the follow-up
07:25Luciano again
07:26inside the six-yard box
07:27scrambling around
07:28and into the hands
07:29of Gonzalo Vazje
07:30the hands of Gonzalo Vazje
07:35well at times tonight
07:36the Liga Nikita goal
07:37has led a charmed life
07:40but you have to give credits
07:41the way they've defended
07:43as everyone just throws
07:45their bodies
07:46on the line
07:49Luciano
07:56quickly taken at the near post
07:57flicked on by Luciano
07:58header goal would save by Vazje
07:59the follow-up
08:00blocked
08:02and Liga Nikita
08:03once again
08:08clever little flick
08:09from Luciano
08:10reaction save from the keeper
08:12and it's Leonel Quiñones
08:14who's there at the back post
08:16well placed to make the block
08:18takes a whack for his troubles
08:20as well
08:21and will stay down
08:22and eat up a chunk
08:23of this stoppage time period
08:24when Zodias
08:29tries to cross
08:31blocked
08:32and Grueso
08:33brings it away for Estrada
08:34Estrada
08:35blocked off by Arboleda
08:37it's going to be a booking for Arboleda
08:39and Alexis Herrera
08:40ready to put them out of their misery
08:41he does so
08:43it's full time
08:45and while Liga Nikita celebrate
08:47it's boos
