Check out the heartwarming moment a son surprised his mother by becoming her new neighbour.
Andrew Cordle, from Saint Augustine, Florida, USA, secretly bought a house just down the street and moved in with his wife, Whitney, and their baby daughter.
He had been keeping an eye on listings in the neighbourhood, and the moment a house became available, he immediately made an offer.
When move-in day came, the family visited his mom’s house with treats - and the big reveal.
Andrew’s mother was left speechless by the surprise, and the whole family couldn’t be happier to be living so close together.
Andrew said: “I’ve always been close with my family so when this opportunity came up I had to jump on it
“I had been looking in the neighbourhood for a while and then immediately put an offer when the house came up on the market
“She didn’t have any idea until we knocked on her door that day. Her and my dad wanted me to move close by but genuinely had no idea.
“My mom was extremely excited and genuinely surprised
“It’s the best. There is nothing like being surrounded by family and raising my baby girl with family surrounding her with love.”
