Is AI helping us — or hurting what makes us human? A new Pew Research study reveals how Americans really feel about artificial intelligence in daily life. From creative thinking to meaningful relationships, the survey shows deep concerns about AI’s growing role in society. While many welcome help with tasks like forecasting and data analysis, most people want more control — and don’t trust AI in personal spaces like love and faith. Even more surprising? Over half of Americans say they can’t tell what’s made by AI vs. a human.

00:00Is AI making our lives easier or quietly replacing what makes us human?
00:05Americans have some strong feelings on that.
00:07A new Pew survey reveals something big.
00:10Most Americans don't trust the growing role of AI in daily life.
00:14Sure, they'll let it help with tasks like weather forecasts or data crunching.
00:18But when it comes to love, religion, or human connection, they want AI to stay out.
00:23Half of Americans say AI will actually hurt creative thinking
00:27and even more believe it'll weaken our ability to build real relationships.
00:31Yet, three out of four people still say they're open to using AI for day-to-day help.
00:36There's one thing they really want, control.
00:39Nearly 60% say they want more power over how AI is used in their lives.
00:43And when it comes to content, 76% say it's super important to know what's real and what's AI made.
00:49But here's the twist.
00:51More than half admit they probably can't tell the difference.
00:54So while AI is everywhere, from our phones to our feeds, Americans are watching closely.
00:59Open to the benefits, but not ready to hand over the reins.
01:03The real question is, can we keep our humanity as machines get smarter?
01:07And遊戲?
01:08Can we take a look at those kids right?
01:09mantle?
01:13Do you have any questions as they can explain that a little bit?
01:16The charm of time may not play a ton or whatever, but the emphasis is either way.
01:19You know the charm of the wall.
01:20Aven a hour to Adam-1.
01:21What does that mean?
01:23That one metaphor for you?
01:24Well you see you, there is another charm of sensing that a LMG.
