00:31WHO officials say the virus poses a moderate risk of spreading, with one confirmed case reported 70 kilometres from the epicenter, raising concerns of cross-border transmission, especially to neighbouring Angola.
00:44The Ebola virus, which causes high fever, severe body aches and internal bleeding, has so far led to 32 suspected cases, 20 confirmed, and 16 deaths, according to the Health Ministry in Kinshasa.
00:59But there's a critical warning. The WHO says time is running out. It's calling for urgent support as foreign aid cuts and the dismantling of key U.S. health programmes have left Congo vulnerable.
