00:00Is this the most unique dining experience in the world?

00:03On my recent trip to Madagascar with Intrepid Travel,

00:06I ate a locally prepared lunch surrounded by ring-tailed lemurs

00:10in their natural habitat at Isolo National Park.

00:13I tried grilled zebu, a typical Malagasy meal,

00:16alongside rice, veggies, salads, and some fresh fruit.

00:20The food was great, but the best part was definitely seeing

00:23these adorable furry creatures jumping between the trees and just hanging out.

00:28And if these guys look familiar, it's because this is the same species of lemurs

00:32as King Julian from the movie Madagascar.

00:35It's not just dining amongst lemurs, though.

00:37Isolo National Park is full of hiking trails,

00:40leading to anything from majestic canyons to natural swimming pools.
