00:00Computer science videos here today to show you guys in the tutorial how to
00:05send an email with high priority on the new Microsoft Outlook using a Mac
00:11computer. Without further ado, let us start the videos on the tutorial. You need to
00:17have access to a Mac computer, have access to the desktop application Microsoft
00:21Outlook. We can now start the tutorial. Before I start this tutorial I would like
00:26to say that you are more than welcome to subscribe to my channel Computer Science
00:30Videos as we know every problem is solved by indirection. You can also follow my
00:37Twitter account. We are trying to grow as fast as ever. I'm on TikTok. We post
00:43videos here and there. Follow my page on Facebook. I'm also on Instagram. You are
00:51more than welcome to support me on PayPal. Let's now focus on the video.
00:56So now let's go down to the Dock. Go to Launchpad. Go to the application
01:01Microsoft Outlook. Search for this. Enter to open up the application. Wait for that
01:06to load. Once that is loaded, you may have noticed that we have been migrated to the
01:11latest version of Microsoft Outlook. We will now look to compile a brand new
01:16email by going to the top left corner of the screen where it says new email. Hover
01:20over this to either create a new email, event or contact. In this tutorial we are
01:25looking to create an email. Let's click on this. That opens up on screen. We will now
01:29be sending this email to in fact two recipients. So the first one being the
01:36Computer Science Videos business at gmail.com account. That's on screen. Let's now add in
01:44a carbon copy which we have done in a carbon copy which we have done in the past. This
01:47will be sent to Rayhan at Computer Science Videos.com. There we go. That's fine. Double
01:55click on both to expand to ensure that they are being sent to the correct addresses. The
02:00subject will be high priority. And we want to change this to a very high priority as
02:12that's what the email consists of. A high priority email. So let's now compile the
02:20email. DSESV. Thank you for your email. Kind regards. Let's now insert that signature. Clicking
02:34on signature admin. So that's all done. We can now send this email. This email itself has
02:43been sent with very high priority. If we go to the sent section, there we go. There we see it has a
02:49message that says this email is high priority. If I minimize, I'll look for the moment. Now
02:54let's go down to the dot. Go to Launchpad. Go to the alternative web browser. Google
02:59Chrome. Click on this. Let's go to Gmail. And now click on that email that was sent to
03:07us via the admin account. DSESV. Thank you for your email. Let's go back one. As you can
03:14see, there isn't any message on screen to confirm that it is high priority. That's because it's
03:21going from Office 365 to Gmail. So there might be a different situation in place. Let's now
03:30minimize Chrome for the moment. Now let's go down to the dock. Go to the web browser, which
03:35is Safari. Let's now navigate to our main email address, which is rayhan.com. Let's navigate
03:46to Outlook. And there we have that email on screen that is in high priority. As you can
03:58see via the message on top, this message was sent with high importance. That's fine. That's
04:05now. Quit Safari. Let's now go down to the dock. Go back to Google Chrome. Quit Google Chrome.
04:12Go back to the dock again. Go to Outlook. Quit Outlook. And so that's all for this video.
04:18I'll see you guys in my next tutorial. Thanks for now. Thank you for making it towards the
04:25end of the video. Be sure to subscribe to my channel, Computer Science Videos. Be sure to
